Gabriel was terrific. we changed the scope of the trip to include Cenote enroute- no problem! Needed to stay on a tight schedule- no problem, he adapted the ruins tour to exactly the depth of experience the group wanted. The Cenote he recommended was not crowded. His depth of local knowledge and Mayan culture exceeded expectations. All that and a genuine warm personality!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on our Tulum tour with Gabriel. He arrived right on time, the car was extremely comfortable, and the entire outing felt smooth and well organized. At the ruins, Gabriel was a terrific guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and full of both history and great stories. He even shared different theories about how the Mayans came to settle in the area, which made the tour even more fascinating. Our teenage son was completely drawn in, which says a lot! The length of the tour was perfect as well; we were back at the resort in time for lunch and a relaxing afternoon in the sun. A truly five‑star experience. Highly recommend. One quick note - as other reviews have noted, you cannot bring plastic water bottles in, so bring your own. The tour description says water is included, but given the newer restrictions, it's not. (There is a convenience store across the street from the park entrance if you need some!)

Excellent tour guide with extensive knowledge about the site. Be warned, the site itself has very, very long lines. You need to pay for 3 tix to get in, yes 3 different tix, and they are not cheap, for a quick 30min excursion to see the sites. The tour guide was great, and stood in line for us. I would not recommend visiting this site, but if you must see it, use this company!

What a great tour! Its so nice to get away from the "hotel zone" in Cancun and see a little bit more of Mexico! Our tour guide (Jonathan) was very knowledgeable (even had a small binder of photos/info about the sites) and did a good job guiding us along and also giving us time to explore a bit on our own. We definitely thought it was worth the extra money to NOT be in a huge tour group on a big bus shuffling from one ruin to the next.

Tulum was beautiful however it rained no stormed the entire time. The other tour companies were prepared with umbrellas and raincoats our company wasn’t. We cut our tour short. When we suggested an alternative on the way back to our resort our driver talked us out of it. I got the feeling that he had something else that he wanted to do.

All our recent tours to Tulum were conducted under sunny weather, and when rain is expected, we always provide umbrellas and make every effort to ensure our guests are comfortable and prepared. Gabriel was an excellent tour guide! He had the perfect balance - pleasant and friendly without too much discourse on the 1.5 hour ride each way (we stayed just outside of Cancun) so we could relax during the drive, yet very knowledgeable and conversational during the 1.5 hour tour of the ruins, which for family was the perfect amount of time to absorb as much information as possible in the humid weather. We’ve traveled the world and have been on many tours, and not all guides can get this balance right… but Gabriel definitely did! I’d recommend this tour for anyone traveling to Tulum.

We had an awesome time on our tour! It was great to have a personal guide who would go at our pace as a multigenerational family group. He shared interesting history along the tour and funny jokes on the car ride. We had a choice of what we wanted to see and how long we wanted to stay, and we could slow things down when some of our party needed to. It was so helpful to have our ride just waiting when we were ready to move on to the next sites - and we went places I couldn’t find on any other tour package! A great excursion, which is also perfectly sufficient as half a day. Off to the ruins of Tulum and then to an authentic , local restaurant. We were traveling with Ruben, he was just great! Punctual, very chic dressed, has us stylish and always opened the car doors, speaks very good English, is very open and entertaining. The car was also very clean, with air conditioning and he always had water ready for us (even beer if we would have wanted ;) ) Even with the music he made sure we liked it and you felt very safe with his driving style. Clear recommendation: Ruben is your man if you plan a trip! Perfect all round! Be sure to drive early in the morning, after that all the coaches will come and it will break full at the ruins!
