I used Stayfari for my recent 8 day trip to Goa and found them very good. Excellent service, their arrangements were meticulous, they were always available to sort any issues and everything was smooth. Their vehicles were clean, well maintained, the drivers were courteous, professional and cooperative. I Liked this experience.
Booking process is smooth and they set up a WhatsApp group for to assist the customer during the trip. The problem was that we booked a large SUV (Innova) but got a smaller SUV (Rumion). When I contacted them about this, I was given excuses like ''There we're no Innovas so we switched you to a newer model, it has a luggage carrier, Innovas are not new so this is actually an upgrade, etc.". If they didn't have a large SUV available, then their website shouldn't offer that as an option. We were six passengers, some quite tall, so the entire ride was very uncomfortable. So eventually we paid for a large SUV but got a smaller one. They offered to find an alternate vehicle after the smaller vehicle and driver had arrived. But by then we couldn't switch because we had to reach our destination on time. My advice to other customers is to check which vehicle they are going to get in advance so that they are not stuck with a smaller vehicle at the last minute.

From the start of your journey till the completion, they are always connected with you on a WhatsApp group. The car was almost new, always clean & driven by a professional chauffeur. There are no hidden costs. They deliver what they promise. If you are looking for a long tour, don't think beyond Stayfari. For a short trip of a day or two, you may choose another option as Stayfari prices are little higher than their competitors.

Goa what a memorable place! Truly an unbelievable experience. Forget the beaches do yourself a favour and visit St Francis Xavier Complex and Old Town. The experience was memorable and no matter what religion visiting his coffin and viewing what i call a miracle of this famous persons remains is nothing but that. Not to mention the effect on people who passed by. Anand our driving was amazing, on time and punctual. Knowledgable as well. The car was comfortable with good air con and through Stayfari was also such great value.

Excellent service. From the time the initial booking was made, they contacted me on WhatsApp and the whole process was smooth. All my requests were handled brilliantly. We booked with Stayfari to do some visits outside of Agra during our stay there. Our driver Satish was such a good driver, we were comfortable in the car, water was provided both for the journey and for our visits. Satish was very considerate, avoiding potholes and bumps in the road and driving smoothly. The only negative was that one of the rear seatbelts didn’t fix into the slot, so you could wear it - a problem we have had in many other cars in India. Overall, this was a great experience at a really good price, we would recommend using Stayfari to travel in India.
