I had an absolutely fantastic day on this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a wide variety of what Ubud and the surrounding areas have to offer. What made the day particularly enjoyable was the variety. We visited Tegenungan Waterfall, the Tegalalang rice terraces, the Sacred Monkey Forest, Tirta Empul Temple and My Swing Bali, as well as stopping at local arts and crafts businesses along the way. It never felt like I was seeing the same type of attraction repeatedly — every stop offered something completely different. Putu, my private driver and guide, was excellent throughout the entire day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and genuinely seemed interested in making sure I enjoyed Bali rather than simply driving me from one scheduled stop to another. He explained things as we travelled, answered my questions and gave me plenty of time at each location without ever making the day feel rushed. One of my favourite things about the tour was getting opportunities to experience and support local Balinese businesses and craftspeople. I visited a traditional batik shop where I bought some beautiful clothing, stopped for a coffee and herbal tasting at Satria, and also picked up some locally made bracelets. These stops added enormously to the experience because I came away with things that will actually remind me of Bali rather than generic tourist souvenirs. My Swing Bali was another highlight. The location and scenery were beautiful, the staff were great and the swing experience produced some incredible photographs. The waterfall, rice terraces and temple also gave me completely different perspectives on Bali’s landscape and culture. Having a private air-conditioned vehicle and my own driver made a huge difference as well. Bali can be extremely hot and humid, and being able to get back into a comfortable vehicle between attractions made a very full day surprisingly manageable. Most importantly, this didn’t feel like one of those tours where you’re simply processed through a list of attractions. Putu helped make the entire day feel personal. By the end of the tour I felt that I’d experienced considerably more of Bali than I could ever have organised independently in a single day. I came back to my hotel absolutely exhausted — but in the best possible way! 😁 It was easily one of the highlights of my trip to Bali, excellent value for money, and an experience I would happily recommend to other visitors. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a lovely day exploring parts of Ubud. Putu our guide was very knowledgeable we learned so much. We were able to take as much or as little time as we wanted.

What a wonderful day. Putu our guide was so friendly and informative. We visited Ubud, the Monkey Forest, the waterfall the giant swing some rice fields and a temple. We were given the chance to spend as much time as we wanted at each place. What a great way to see parts of Bali.

Excellent experience with really good driver. Traffic horrendous. He was patient and informative and looked after us brilliantly.

Our driver was excellent! He picked us up at our hotel and gave us a few different options of how we wanted to lay out our day and what we wanted to see. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about the local culture. We saw many of the high points near ubud but from a local perspective. Our driver was especially helpful at the holy water temple and instructed us how the normal ceremonial process goes and what to expect. He took pictures of us everywhere we wanted and was very patient to wait for us to take as long as we wanted at each spot. It truly felt like a custom tour just for me and my two friends. Highly highly recommend!!!

A very memorable day. Driver Pande arrived on time and provided a lot of insight about Bali and Indonesia whilst on our drive to Ubud. Started off at a wood carvery shop, followed by a coffee plantation, where we sampled coffee. We opted out of visiting the temple due to travelling with a young child and wanted to focus on the swing, monkey sanctuary and rice terrace. The swing was pay per entry with unlimited use of 7 swings and complimentary drink, it is very humid here, it was approx $50 AUD per adult, which is more expensive than other places but you can swing many times and the staff take amazing pics. It wasnt busy at all. Monkey sanctuary is also pay per entry (less than $5 AUD p/person), the monkeys can be aggressive so keep your distance and don't have any loose items or food on you, keep in your bag as they are very clever and will take it. Rice terrace was a short visit as it was a long day but still worth the visit, pay for entry here also, again less than $5 AUD p/person. We enjoyed the view with some fresh coconut. Regarding the times, we left at 8.30am and arrived back to our hotel in Nusa Dua at 5.30pm, later if we visited the temple. We did not stop for lunch but had packed some snacks for ourselves. Overall Pande was very accommodating to our needs, allowing us to spend as much time as we need. We travelled in a clean air conditioned vehicle. This tour is definitely worth the price, highly recommend. Thankyou Pande for a lovely day.

Terrible service! Never using again, didn’t even receive the service and asked if I could get a refund and their not giving it. Their just money hungry and will take your money! Don’t fall for it

its a very long 12 hour day from Kuta with most of the time spent in traffic. we didnt even make it to the waterfall, athough the driver would certainly have taken us there without additional cost. but it was already an 8 AM to 8 PM day. the driver was a very good guide, especially informative at the temple, the swings were terrific and the lunch venue rather nice.

This was definitely an experience you don't want to miss out on. Our driver spoke great English if you speak English and was talking very passionately about every destination. Very recommended!!!

Our recent day trip to the Tegalalang Rice Fields and Waterfall proved to be an enjoyable holiday experience. We faced our fears by participating in the Swing, an activity that yielded memorable results. Our tour guide graciously allowed us ample time to savor local coffee and tea and other delights of the area. Due to my daughter’s apprehension of monkeys, we were unable to visit the Monkey Forest; however, we still managed to explore another site to aid in our satisfaction. We remain appreciative of the assistance rendered by Wayan and, therefore, we highly recommend the company to all.
