Rob above and beyond to curate the exact tour we wanted. Jenny was a great guide and Driver. Fun to talk to and hang out with.

Your Exclusive Tours is a top-notch experience which is what you want for an eleven hour day with one private tour guide. Rob, the company owner, is very knowledgeable and Professional. Plus, he is a great driver! We could have stayed longer at the Koala Conservation Centre, but there was a lot on the schedule. Dinner was good. The beaches were deserted as it was windy. Thank you, Rob, for taking super pictures for us to remember the adventure.

We took the day trip from Melbourne to Phillip Island with Rob Rees of Your Exclusive Tours and it was really excellent: relaxed but informative, and very friendly throughout. It was a wonderful day--highly recommended.

Highly professional, very friendly and communicates well with clients both before hand and during tours. A safe and conscientious driver with updated and clean vehicles. Very willing to work with you to provide the custom experience you want. Provided ample stops for rest or bathroom as well as offered beverages throughout the 12 hour tour. Talked in depth about the areas we visited as well as happily took photos of us with our cameras so we could have vivid memories of the day. Would highly recommend without any reservations.

What a wonderful adventure! Comfortable 2-hour trip with our guide providing information on the area & it's history along the way. We got up close with koalas at the sanctuary, had delicious fish & chips for dinner, saw a gorgeous sunset at Nobbies, and then the penguins! We got penguins plus & had terrific view of them arriving on the beach in about 7 or 8 groups of nearly 100 at a time. We could then wander down the walkway & see them even closer. Truly memorable & highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with Rob from Your Exclusive Tours. The itinerary was awesome - first being picked up at our condo in the Melbourne CBD, then drove to the wildlife animal sanctuary where we saw many indigenous animals, got to interact with a koala and fed the kangaroos. From there we drove to a seaside co-op restaurant owned by local fishermen for the freshest fish and chips. We then headed to several scenic locations on Phillip Island culminating with the Nobbies which is a picturesque part of the coastline. Then on to the main attraction - seeing the fairy penguins parade! As part of the tour, we had a viewing vantage from the premium seating area and arrived in plenty of time to get great seats to see the parade. This exceeded expectations as a very unique and enjoyable wildlife viewing experience - there is nothing like it! Being able to see the penguins come out of the water grouped hundreds at a time and then waddle onto the beach and eventually make it back to their burrows is simply a sight to see. We returned to Melbourne and were dropped off at our condo after a thoroughly enjoyable day. We were impressed by everything about the tour - the vehicle is a very comfortable Mercedes Sprinter Van, Rob is a very professional/knowledgable guide, little extras like donuts from the market, bottled water, coffee at the penguin parade - all of these things prove that you get what you pay for when you book through Your Exclusive Tours! We actually toured the Yarra Valley the day before and will review that tour separately. Jenny was our tour guide that day and to our delight she also came along on the Phillip Island tour. Both Jenny and Rob set the bar very high for our 3 week vacation to Australia and New Zealand. They were our first two guides and although we had other very good guides throughout our travels - they were definitely the best!

Rob's awesome and we had the best time visiting Phillip Island. From the fish and chips, to the sites, the tim tam slams, wild wallaby's, and the penguins we got to see so much. Rob knows his stuff and my son and I really had a great time. This tour kicked off our Melbourne trip and I highly recommend doing it.

What a great day! Our family of four was picked up outside our apartment by Peter in a comfortable Mercedes MPV. Peter was a laid back, but informative and entertaining guide, who drove us first to the Moonlit Sanctuary to learn more about Australian wildlife. We then had a late lunch and continued our journey to Philip Island where we visited some famous viewpoints and finally onto the penguin parade where we had a ranger led tour of the attraction. We did not feel rushed at any stage of the day and although we paid a premium price for our private day out we felt that we got much more out of the day than would have been experienced from a larger party on one of the coach tours.

We had an absolute blast on our tour with ROB!!he did such a great job! We all felt very good taken care of. All the animals we saw and the penguin parade experience were simply amazing. Highly recommended! Great trip, very good car and awesome driving! All the best! And will see you soon!
