We had an excellent experience. We were not an easy group, there were 5 of us and we had way too much baggage, but our driver never made us feel bad, and managed to fit all of our bags and us into the van (safely!)

We had a very pleasant transfer from LHR to our hotel. Our flight was early despite a 45-minute delay out of JFK and expected a wait for our driver. We were happy to see him waiting for us as we exited baggage claim. Miguel was very pleasant, professional, and took care of our needs.. He said he had been checking the airline app so he knew to be there earlier than the scheduled pickup time. It was a safe and enjoyable ride with Miguel.
