Silvia was wonderful! She...
Silvia was wonderful! She met us at our hotel and walked us through all the way to our seats. Yes you can get there early and have free tickets but having guidance got us fabulous seats at the front of the second section and we saw the Pope up close when he drove thru. It was amazing but hot so be ready if it’s sunny:)

Poor communication
The Pope was out of the country. I should have been notified there wouldn’t be an audience. I showed up early to find this out. Very disappointed

Wonderful experience
You do not need to buy tickets to the Papal Audience - BUT - so glad we did this!! Our guide Sylvia got us amazing seats, explained the process to us and helped us figure out our day!!

provider should commit with the “sales” promise, and give clearconfirmation at least one-week before the event
untill last minutes, we didnt get any clear confirmation on the person in charge in Rome to send the tickets and pick-up in the hotel

Absolutely the Best
Ralph was amazing! He arrived at our hotel early to pick us up and was extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of how to get the best spot and shortest lines for the papal audience. He had a vast knowledge of the history of Rome and was extremely affable. I would recommend him to everyone! Thank you for making this such an amazing experience for my family!

No ticket needed
Seem to be a bit confusing to meet the guide just to get tickets. When we could’ve waited in line and been in the plaza earlier. We understood that no ticket was required so we paid basically for a ticket and to wait in line. My experience with Viator has been excellent over the years, but this one was a little disappointing, although exciting to see the pope.

Not what they sell you
They sell the visit as a private visit with the pop and few people. Well it’s not. You have to make the long lines to enter while being pushed around by the massive crowds. If it rains you get soaked because the audience it’s outside.
