An amazing day at the spa. Tickets made access really easy. Transfers to and from town were punctual and friendly. Communication with the provider was quick and efficient, via WhatsApp, with real time information about our transfers. We were picked up from our hotel and dropped back to the door. Would definitely recommend the all access pass so you can enjoy all the activities on offer in all 3 areas of the spa. I'd also not hesitate to use this provider again.

Very friendly comms from Discover Romania Tours. The drivers picked us up promptly and were very nice. The spa was fantastic and a great day myself and my son had. Discover Romania Tours Have other tours the operate but we didn’t have enough time. Next time we will us them ❤️
This place is brilliant. Go for the full access pass. Get there as soon as it opens so you can book spa treatments. If you aren’t there first thing you won’t get one. We had the hot stone massage by Diana which was lovely. We also all had the Therme special facial which was amazing. Wish I could have that every week! The food in the restaurant near the spa treatments was sooo good. We were really surprised. It did get really busy at one point (Saturday late afternoon) so if you can go mid week probably a bit more comfortable.
Amazing facilities, lots of activities to keep you busy for a day visit. Essential to get there early so to get a lounger or bed. Unfortunately when we arrived, all the massages were booked up! Highly recommend a visit.. many themed saunas, steam rooms and pools. Busy, yet was free flowing, very safe and clean. Can’t wait to go again!
Excellent organisation. Our driver, Marius, arrived early and informed us he was waiting. He was polite, friendly and very informative about how Therme operated so we knew what to do when we arrived. He was also very knowledgeable about Bucharest and Romania and explained about many things. Therme was a great experience. It was very busy (I think it always is!) with various sections to visit. Loved the outside area with stunning blue skies and a chill in the air! My personal favourite was the Dead Sea mineral bath.
It was the most amazing experience I did in Bucarest and the service included was incredible!!!! I really recommend this tour and agency if you are traveling by your own!!!! Thanks Marius and the driver !!!

A star experience I went for my birthday and they did not disappoint. I had a bamboo massage treatment with Alex. It was so good. I fell asleep. Thank you so much for such an amazing experience. I would highly recommend the sea salt spa ritual my skin feels like silk. Loved every moment

We arrived early and it wasn’t busy but as they day went on it was quite packed for a Friday! Everything was chargeable. Bathrobes, towels flip flops! Everything. You are given a wrist band/ watch looking device that has a number on it! This is for opening and locking your locker in a communally changing room! Everything you spend during your stay is added to the wrist band! Drinks food, towels etc. I found the day spent at this location very unrelaxing and very un spa like! Visiting a spa is suppose to be about relaxing! A calming environment. This place wasn’t! While in the sauna, staff would enter and demand that you sit on a towel and that your shoes are removed! I am prone to infections and refused to take my flip flops off and I was removed from saunas! Until we located some less used ones and I sat there to my hearts content! I have been given the opportunity to return later in the year, but not sure if I would wanna go back! Can’t see the place improving! The spa is ruined by its own success! Overall it was cheap! Drinks and food were very reasonable but I just did not feel relaxed! The best way to describe my visit was a day out at a pool! The spa is divided into zones and there are areas where there are children in the slide area. Loads of locals!
