The tour operator is a liar. I booked a private experience for $650. A water taxi picked me up with three other couples and none of the promised amenities. When I declined to accept the obviously lower level experience they promised a refund which they denied through this platform.
We’re sorry to hear that you felt disappointed with your experience. We would like to clarify that private and shared services are clearly defined in the booking details on Viator. In some cases, transportation to the vessel may be arranged via water taxi, depending on logistics and sea conditions. That said, we regret that expectations were not aligned and that this led to frustration. Transparency is important to us, and we are reviewing how this experience is explained to guests to avoid any confusion going forward. Thank you for sharing your concerns.
Our tour guides Jamango, Beckett, & Kevin were the absolute best! We booked this private tour last minute on the same day we took it and it was so well organized. All the guides were knowledgeable, accommodating, and gave us the best experience possible! Our family travels often and we would highly recommend this tour.
