This was the worst experience. We were on a cruise so we only had one day. We sat waiting for the driver for an hour and a half.

Delays can sometimes occur due to traffic and port logistics, but we always strive to communicate and provide the best service possible. We truly regret that this impacted your day and appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve.
If i could actually put 0 i would. Tour never happened. Recieved a message 15mins before pick up to say it was raining and they may need to delay or reschedule. Didnt hear anything else from them. Called trip advisor who also couldnt get in touch. Waiting for my refund now
I booked a 1:00 PM private experience through your website and later received a call asking if I could move my appointment to an earlier time because you did not have availability for the time I booked. My concern is why time slots are made available online for experiences you already know you cannot accommodate. After making us wait for a long time while staff appeared unsure of how to proceed, the experience was eventually canceled altogether. This was especially frustrating as we were visiting on a cruise with very limited time in port and had planned our schedule carefully. We are also on vacation, and it is unacceptable to take payment for a service you are unable to provide, leading to cancellations, refunds, or potential disputes. If the money paid had been our last available funds for an activity, we would have been left without both the experience and access to our money while waiting days for a refund. This situation reflects poor planning and a lack of consideration for guests’ time and circumstances

It was a great scenic trip of the Island The young man was very nice loved him The experience itself we had to pay for water food and our entrances into the waterfall and mud bath 2 different fees It was worth it but the description of the experience is not accurate

Regarding the additional costs for water, food, and entrance fees to the waterfall and mud baths, those fees are set by the individual sites and are paid directly to them. However, we understand how important it is for the tour description to clearly explain what is included and what is not. The pickup person arrived 45 mins late. After that they were looking for other passengers for 30 mins. This delayed the tour and we felt rushed all day. They kept complaining about the island and traffic. They told us to skip a few things due to time.. also we could not do snorkeling as we had to go back to the cruuise. Overall very mis managed and unorganized tour. Very poor experience.. not sure why viator listed them in the first place. It's more of a travel company and not tour guide

Regarding snorkeling and skipped stops, cruise ship timing and traffic conditions can sometimes require adjustments to ensure guests return to port safely and on time. However, this should always be communicated clearly and professionally and never in a way that feels disorganized or negative. Your comments about the tone and complaints shared during the tour are concerning and will be addressed internally.
