The tour we went on included the Maid of the Mist, the Cave of the Winds, and a walking tour of the park. Our tour guide was Bernie and he was excellent. He was friendly and knowledgeable and made the day a lot of fun. It also ended up being a good time sharing the experiences with our small group and as I said, Bernie really made the day. Highly recommended.
This was over priced , actual tickets cost was 50 and we were charged 95, 45 per person for guide which was not required at all.
A great combined experience to see the falls up close on the Maid of the Mist and the Cave of the Winds on GOAT Island. Our guide Nate was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the area and had great local recommendations for those looking to explore the area.

Great tour! Nate was great! Loved seeing more than just the falls.
This tour....with Nate the Great particularly....is the only way to do Niagra Falls. No fumbling around with maps. No worrying about ticket lines or where you should be and when. Nate is so knowledgeable about all things Niagra and has a great personality and handles on the fly questions you ask him with ease and comfort. The activities included in the tour were awesome. The Maid of the Mist is the BEST!!

Tour was great. Missed the Maid of the Mist because we were late, but the guide said we would be refunded. He was very informative.
Make sure you have a hooded sweatshirt or waterproof jacket and gloves would be a bonus. They provide a flimsy poncho that sort of keeps you from getting soaked
They didnt come to pick up at the location Hard rock cafe. Was standing since 15 min and its snowing here. No one answered call. Neither the tour operator nor viator.
