Best aqua guide
Saleh is the best diving guide at "Classic Red Sea" in Regina Hotel. He is so considerate, just as I needed it for my first ever underwater experience. Calm and kind, he understood quickly exactly what I needed and gave me that space and time. Explanations were thorough and clear. His smile didn't let me feel bad for needing more attention. And at the end he let me explore more freely than most would :)
I am happy to have had the chance encounter of such a young professional whose help let me enjoy all the colourful fish around the corals, including one looong morena. There were even dolphins on our way out of the harbour! A family with a young one. This is it - Red Sea's incredible nature at its best <3
Great, fun day out for our family of 8, wouldn’t recommend for younger kids
We went on this trip with a big family: 2 adults and 6 kids (14, 11, 8, 6, 4, 4). It was a great day out and everyone enjoyed it. The boat had 3 floors - an indoor, air conditioned floor, an outdoor undercover floor with tables and chairs and the top floor with sun beds. There were also 2 toilets on board. The food was included and was a buffet with pasta, salad, bread and meat so something for everyone. There were also drinks available at all times for free (coke, sprite, water and tea). We went to three snorkelling spots where snorkel masks, life jackets and flippers were given out. When snorkelling, we were following our group leader around and there was a float for the kids and weaker swimmers to hold onto and get pulled along. The one downside to this trip was that the snorkelling was quite rushed so that we could see as much as possible but we aren’t all super strong swimmers so it was often quite hard to keep up. Because of this, only the older kids went snorkelling the second and third time and one of the adults had to stay on the boat with the other kids. In my opinion, it would be better if there was an option to just snorkel around the boat for those who don’t want to swim for ages and then there would also be an option to get back on the boat if you were tired. On the boat there was a photographer who took photos when in the water and when on the boat. These were optional to buy as a photo book or as a link. We bought both but did find out that one of the members of our family who didn’t want photos taken had had it taken and chosen to be put in the book. Overall, this was a great trip and I would recommend to anyone 8+.
