Desert trip was one of the most powerful experiences in Oman. We saw frankincense trees growing in their natural habitat, met camels roaming freely, and enjoyed a camel ride at sunset. Dinner with the Bedouins had an incredible atmosphere – simple, authentic, under the open sky. And the night? Silence of the desert and a sky full of stars… pure magic. Truly unforgettable.

Desert sunset
Mohammed - Ali was the best guide on our trip, he took us to amazing sports in the desert, we did dune bashing, unforgettable sunset. The dinner was so delicious and at the end he surprised us with special spot outside the trip - star watching. This was unforgettable experience, thank you Mohammed Ali.

Amazing sunset trip in the desert 🏜️
Amazing experience with Beautiful Salalah Tours! The sunset desert trip was fantastic from start to finish. I loved the funny dune riding, the visit to the frankincense trees, and the peaceful dinner under the stars at the desert camp.
My guide, Abo Salim, was the best—very professional and a great personality who made the trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this company if you want a high-quality desert adventure!

DISAPPOINTING
A very disappointing experience, we were made to see a tree, an “archaeological” center well or something outside the enclosure that left us there amid flies and went to pray at the little table, then took us to see the camels that were in a deplorable situation locked up and in bad condition ... there was a baby camel that looked like it was dying the unpleasant truth and last and not least disappointing the desert, took us and managed like a normal person, I waited for more adrenaline but absolutely nothing, left us in a few dunes and he left told us that he was waiting for us at the bottom after sunset, unkind nor offered to take pictures of people , the sunset in the desert if it is cute but nothing extraordinary. The cherry on the cake was that on the way back he was asked by a lady if she no longer played music to which her answer was “now sing your” in the most unpleasant way. The price you pay is not worth it at all with the ride, no correspondence quality - price , 5 to 6 hours in the car to see things that are not worth DISAPPOINTING

Abo Salim was an absolutely outstanding tour guide – truly perfect from start to finish. Right from the beginning, he understood exactly what we were looking for and led us to all the places we wanted to see with great care and attention. A great trip with the fantastic tour guide Mohammed Almahdali.
The desert safari was an unforgettable experience especially thanks to our fantastic tour guide Mohammed Almahdali, who made this day so special. With his warm, welcoming manner, his extensive knowledge of the country, its people, and history, and his palpable passion for his homeland, he not only showed us places, but also shared stories and imparted genuine understanding.
We visited a traditional incense-burning district, explored the fascinating lost city of Ubar, and experienced a camel farm. We also had tea and snacks, all very lovingly prepared.
The highlight was the sunset in the dunes simply magical! Our guide Mohammed Almahdali chose the perfect place and moment for it.
An all-round successful trip that I can recommend to everyone especially because of the dedicated and friendly guide Mohammed Almahdali.
