We were not told that seniors 60 n above do not need tickets. Out of the 3 of us, only my daughter needed the ticket . We wasted $20 on the senior tickets .
We are sorry that when make booking, we are not allowed to ask your age, so we purchased all adult tickets
Horrendous torrential rain in beijing stopped me from going but tour operator refused to refund. Do not use these guys very u helpful
We are sorry that since the park still open, and it just raine in Beijing, we alredy offered tickets, we are sorry that on the same day if you cancel the tickets won't able to get refund
We spent a wonderful 2 hours with our guide, Mike. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Tiantan, including nature, architectural and customs. He also explained the possible misunderstandings about some aspects of Tiantan. Mike’s deep knowledge of the subject matter made the visit very worthwhile. We have learnt a lot to have a more complete picture of the history of the dynasties by learning about the important aspect of the emperors praying to the gods and the ancestors.
A memorable one. Anson was our guide and he is very knowledgeable with the history and we had a great time with him!
It was a great tour and our guide Lucy was amazing! Very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. She gave us a lot of details about The Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven and the China history.
The visit to the temple of heaven is absolutely worth it. I recommend avoiding the visit during local holidays, because the crowds and queues get really busy. In our case, the experience of the guide has still allowed us to optimize the times and see everything. In the end he proposed to add a local acrobatic show that we greatly enjoyed.
The tour was very enriching. My guide, Miko, provided a great level of information about the history of the place and of China. I highly recommend this guided tour. The Temple of Heaven is much more than just a pretty place for photos; we must respect its history.
Lucia is an experience and caring guide. She has brought us to newly opened segment of the temple. She was able to spot good location for photo takings and even assist to remove crowds from the photos editing.
Zhen Lihui is the most accommodating, friendly, and patient driver we ever had the pleasure of riding with. Not only did he meet us promptly and got us to our destinations, he gave free snacks such as honey tangerines and green onion biscuits for free. There was also free waters. He was friendly and smiled throughout the entire trip, and even if there was a language barrier, we could see his sincerity and generosity. We cannot recommend him enough!!
Our driver, Li Qingshan, made the Temple of Heaven visit exceptionally smooth. He anticipated our needs, offered timely tips, and shared engaging insights about the site. Clean vehicle, punctual, and friendly service. Highly recommended for a thoughtful, well-managed experience.
