The company and equipment seemed slightly unprofessional but everything turned out to be ok and the tour guide Pedro was excellent, very knowledgeable but also friendly and a good speaker.

Brilliant E-Bike Tour of Lisbon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a brilliant way to see beautiful Lisbon with the family when you're only there for one full day. Maria and Miguel were excellent guides and gave us recommendations for the rest of our time in Portugal too. Thank you, I have a feeling we'll be back!

Very disappointing.
The city is very beautiful and the bikes worked very well. However, the guide did not provide us with any explanation. Very, very disappointing. The tour lasted barely 2 hours and we had to insist on riding bikes. The guide kept wanting us to stop for coffee.

Votre commentaire est étrange. À la fin de la visite, je vous ai demandé si tout s'était bien passé avec les vélos et le guide, et vous avez répondu par l'affirmative.
En effet, la visite dure entre 2 et 3 heures. Le rythme varie selon le groupe, les photos prises et les arrêts. Comme vous étiez les seuls participants, la visite s'est déroulée comme une visite privée, à votre rythme.
Le guide vous propose régulièrement de faire une pause pour un café, de l'eau ou pour aller aux toilettes. Des panneaux le signalent, car nos clients souhaitent généralement s'arrêter, surtout par temps chaud.

Great tour with Miguel! I recommend it 100%.
Super beautiful day visiting Lisbon with family. Miguel, our guide, was amazing; he even gave us a personalized tour since we were just the five of us in the family. He spoke French very well. We really enjoyed the tour and the guide. Easy, pleasant, and uncomplicated!

Poor experience
Guide was 40 mins late and her English was not good. Minimal hand signals caused my wife to crash into her

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the tour, unlike everyone else who loved it and gave it a 5-star review. In fact, the guide, something that had never happened before, arrived 25 minutes late, not 40. Because she is very polite, she apologized.
You say your wife collided with the guide; it seems so, as her bicycle gave the guide a small bump, which fortunately didn't cause any falls, accidents, or injuries.
As you say, it was your wife who gave the guide a small bump, and if that happened, perhaps it was because she wasn't keeping a safe distance or because she was distracted.

A great way to begin a journey in Lisbon
Maria was our bike quide. She made us feel very comfortable, our ages ranged from 71 to 13. She accommodated every need and even fixed a derailed chain along the way. She was very informative about the history of Lisbon and geography.

Great way to see all the sights without walking for miles.
Maria & Miguel were wonderful, lots of history telling and great personalities. Insightful, adaptable, friendly. Took pictures for us. Showed us sights we never would have found on our own. Would recommend.

3 Hour E-bike Tour
5 star experience! Eduardo was fantastic. Good pace of riding while also intermittently stopping to hear about landmarks and history. Bicycles in good working order.
