Pick up in Krakow was on time and ride was smooth and comfortable. Jakub was our driver and was very nice and courteous. Admission process and tour of the camp were also smooth and very informative. Powerful and profound experience. So good to see so many people from so many different cultures visiting and learning about this tragic history.

Great experience! Was definitely expensive though. Or maybe it’s because we booked with little notice due to being cancelled from another tour operator. The tour guide we had was phenomenal, the sack lunch was nice, and being picked up and dropped off at the hotel was a bonus!!

We had a really good experience with this company. Kacper was very kind, helpful and professional throughout. Our tour guide was also amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, spoke very good English, and explained everything in a very detailed and respectful way. You could really tell that he had an extensive knowledge of the history and took the time to explain things clearly. Overall, a very well-organised and informative tour. I would definitely recommend this company and the team!

I booked this tour for my son and I while we were visiting Krakow. Our driver, Patryk was great! He communicated ahead of time via WhatsApp to explain our pickup as well as lunch options to ensure a smooth day for us. He promptly picked us up the next day and was super friendly the entire ride there. He explained how the day was going to go once we got there with our guide as well as where he would meet us after the tour and what to expect at our next stop. On the way home, he also made some great restaurant recommendations where the locals go so we can experience authentic food from Poland outside of just the tourist areas. All in all, this was a great experience and I’m grateful we went with this experience.

The walking around both camps is excessive. A shorter distance at Auschwitz between the buildings lots of stairs up and down don’t give you any time to stop as you have people behind you coming through time was limited. You had to keep walking. They do not warn you of this in the write up. At Birkenbau you have to walk from the main car park and the entrance about 10 mins and then once in it’s about a distance of over 3 km. If you have difficulty in walking distances there is no help they can’t help you or get a wheelchair as it’s un even ground in both camps. This has to be better explained. The organisation is good the camps have a lot of information and I think everyone should see them at least once in their lifetime so that lessons can be learnt from the past but the walking should be detailed in the description to allow people to make an informed decision. V moving and humbling of what happened to the poor people that suffered dreadfully. A long day.

After cancelling another company I am so happy I paid the extra bit as was so worth the money for the service you get.
