チョコレートを自分で作りたい、または世界のお気に入りのお菓子を作るための素晴らしい複雑さとプロセスをすべて学びたい、という方のためのクラスです！ 2時間で時間旅行：木の歴史から神話、メソアメリカの文化の中で演奏されている非常にリアルで重要な部分のカカオとチョコレートまで。 そしてもちろんチョコレート作りもします。 生のフルーツ（手に入る場合）の試食から、ロースト、すりつぶし、殻とペン先を分けるまで、アワード受賞のチョコレートを作るプロのように作業します。 チョコレートの驚くべき薬効のある使い方を学び、その後、自分でチョコレートの「薬」を作って持ち帰りましょう。 最後に、注ぎたての溶けたチョコレートを調味し、自分でバーを作ってラップをして後で楽しむ。 チョコレートツアーは世界中にありますが、これは本物の体験です。チョコレートが手に入ります！ 楽しくておいしいクラス!

Owner/teacher has incredible knowledge of the cacao history in Puerto Viejo. The class was hands on bringing us through the cacao pod process to making our own chocolate bars. I highly recommend this class! Such fun!

We had a great experience! It started a little slow as she had locked keys inside, and we had to wait for someone to bring keys, but we learned a lot and had a good time. Ansel (sp?) is very knowledgable! And we got to make our own chocolate! Thank you, Ansel!
