Very very thankful to Rosa and Marco laat Sept 30!!!
We would like to thank, commend, and give the highest rating to Rosa for our Papal audience experience last Sept 30. She walked with us all the way to our seats, carried my mother’s walking cane and even held her hand to guide us to our seats because my mom had a great difficulty walking because of swollen and very painful knees but she really just wanted to see the Pope before our flight back to the Philippines later that day.
We are very grateful for Rosa because she went above and beyond and literally took the extra mile just to make sure my mother was taken care of. She was very compassionate, caring and we really felt her loving service. We love Rosa and will always pray for her in all our rosaries.
I would also like to commend Marco who approached me when I didnt know what to do and how to get new tickets for my family. He was the one who introduced us to Rosa.
God bless them both and we will always remember them and thank God for them!

Thank you so much for your incredibly heartfelt review and for sharing such a beautiful moment with us!
Your kind words mean more to Rosa and Marco than you can imagine. We are deeply touched that we could help make your mother's dream of seeing Pope Leo XIV during the **Papal Audience at the Vatican** come true, especially before your flight back to the Philippines.
At **Rome Tour – Visit Rome Tour**, we believe that a Papal Audience Experience is much more than a visit to Vatican City. It is a deeply personal and spiritual journey, and every guest deserves kindness, patience, and individual attention.
Rosa was truly honored to accompany your mother, help her reach her seat safely, and ensure she could enjoy this unforgettable encounter with the Holy Father. Marco is equally grateful for your recognition.
Your beautiful promise to remember Rosa in your rosary prayers is an extraordinary gift that she will treasure.

Outstanding experience
We had an amazing experience with Rome Tour, and I especially want to recognize Rosa, the manager, for her exceptional help. Our original tour guide never showed up, leaving us in a very stressful situation. Rosa immediately stepped in and helped relocate us to another tour so that we would not miss the Papal Audience.
Rosa and the entire Rome Tour staff were extremely helpful, kind, empathetic, and professional. They genuinely cared about our situation and went above and beyond to make sure our day was not ruined. Thanks to their quick assistance, what started as a frustrating experience turned into a wonderful and memorable tour.

When in Rome….
We were told to meet at the Octagonal Bar, do note EVERY guided tour meets here (we didn’t know this). It’s not clearly laid out, we joined a queue, the wrong queue and after much waiting and worrying our guides arrived. Marco and Stefano. They were worth their weight in gold. We only had a tour of 7, for the Papel visit. You’re allowed water in plastic containers but not tin nor glass. We skipped the queues and our guide was helpful and considerate. Seeing the Pope was a highlight, we aren’t religious but there was magic in the air. Then we met Marco for a self guided tour of the Vatican museums. I would say it’s a MUST to have prebooked tickets. We saw the queue stretching the entire length of the Vatican wall, around 3 hour wait, in the sun. Our guide took us straight to the front of the queue, bypassing the mass confusion of some showing their passports and others not. He showed us where the facilities were and took us up until the entry to the first museum. The museums are set out one after the other, be prepared to have a constant pace and there are many steps. Not always wheelchair accessible. I booked with Get Your Guide and would definitely do this again. Bravo Team!

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience! We are delighted to hear that your Papal Audience was such a memorable highlight of your trip.
We truly appreciate your kind words about Marco and Stefan. Our team always strives to provide professional assistance, smooth organization, and stress-free access to the Vatican area, especially during busy periods.
As you mentioned, Piazza del Risorgimento is one of the main meeting areas for many Vatican tours in Rome, so it can occasionally feel crowded and confusing. We are very happy our staff was able to assist you quickly and make your experience enjoyable from start to finish.
Seeing the Pope during the Papal Audience is indeed a unique and emotional moment, even for visitors who are not religious, and we are thrilled you felt the special atmosphere of Vatican City. We are also glad you enjoyed the self-guided Vatican Museums visit and benefited from the fast-track prebooked entrance, especially during such busy days with very long waiting lines.
Thank you once again for choosing Rome Tour for your Vatican experience in Rome.
We hope to welcome you back soon for more unforgettable tours of Rome, the Vatican Museums, and Italy!
Warm regards,
Rosa

Small group Papal audience tour
We were guided by Rosa. She was amazing and gave us insights and set our expectations for the Papal Audience on the day we went. We were a very small group of 7 people and she answered all of our questions and shared tips that would make our visit to witness the Pope more memorable. The only unexpected part was that after she situated us in our seats that she was going to leave. It was basically pay the tour to get the free tickets and showed us a good place to sit. Tips and information prior to entering and also while we were waiting in the audience and what to expect during the whole experience. It was worth the small fee if you ask me. Especially what we got out of it was witness the Pope give his blessings and message and also to watch the blessing of the babies and elderly and those that were ill. Truly a special moment and once in a while lifetime opportunity.

Dear customer, We are truly happy to hear that you enjoyed your Papal Audience experience in Vatican City and that Rosa was able to guide you with clear insights, useful tips, and personalized attention in a small group setting. Our goal is exactly that: to help visitors fully understand what to expect and make the most of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity in Rome.
As mentioned in the tour description, this Papal Audience assistance tour is designed to provide official ticket support, expert explanations before entry, guidance during the waiting time, and the best possible seating arrangement—so guests can experience the audience with peace of mind and deeper appreciation. While the guide does not remain throughout the entire audience, we are glad to know that the preparation and support made the experience meaningful and worthwhile for you.
Witnessing the Pope’s blessing, the message, and the special moments dedicated to babies, the elderly, and the sick truly makes this one of the most emotional and memorable Vatican experiences available, and we are honored to have been part of your journey.
Thank you again for choosing us for your Papal Audience tour in Rome. We hope to welcome you again soon for another unforgettable Vatican experience!
