A good intro to Yerevan
Aghavni is very knowledgeable and gave us a good tour and a good introduction to Yerevan and Armenian culture. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Highlight of trip!
Aghavni was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about Armenian history and culture! She went above and beyond ensuring we had an amazing day. We discovered a lot of hidden gems which we would have missed otherwise and provided so many helpful recommendations on how to spend our time in Armenia.

A fun day with Aghavni on cultural tour of Armenia
Aghavni was an excellent guide. Her English was perfect. It was well paced and she shared her knowledge of Armenia historical facts and at times some dry humor. A huge bonus was a stop at a traditional Armenian restaurant for lunch. Very nice day and made new friends from Italy and UK. Mary and Lewis USA

Great way to start your Yerevan trip
First of all thanks to Ioanna, she was such a wonderful guide for the 3.5 hours that went by too quickly :) Very knowledgable and passionate about her country. The food tasting was fantastic and a wonderful mix of different tastes. Ioanna made sure there will be vegan options as well which I appteciated a lot! All in all 100% recommended.

No food and no culture
If you want to be overcharged for an overly arrogant guide and tiny morsels of food under the pretense of being a culture and food tour, come here and prepare to still be disappointed.

We are sorry to see this review, as it does not reflect what happened during the tour. Our guide was repeatedly harassed and disturbed during the tour, including inappropriate behavior toward the guide and other participants. The guest also took food from the table and repeatedly demanded additional food without following the agreed tour arrangements. During the tour, offensive comments were also made about Armenia and the country was insulted. Regarding the food, this is a cultural and food tour, not an unlimited meal. The tour includes three types of starters fresh bread followed by a main dish plates of kebab served with rice. The food is normally placed on the table for participants to share, and there is generally enough for everyone in the group to enjoy the tasting. We respect genuine feedback, but we also believe it is important that future guests have an accurate understanding of what was included and what occurred during the tour. Tigran

I had a great expirience! Ioanna is very knowledgeable guide and atmosphere was really pleasent. I would recommend this walking tour if you want to learn a little bit of everything about Yerevan and its people, try local food and have recommendations for later.

Well-curated tour that proved to be a great introduction for a first-time visitor to Yerevan and Armenia.
Very informative and well-curated tour that took us to some historic, iconic and everyday places of a local Yerevantsi, including a good sampling of local snacks and treats. Ioanna is clearly passionate about the city she calls home and is proud to give guests a glimpse of the historic and gentrified districts of her hometown. She is an engaging guide and is refreshingly candid about local customs, culture and the likes and dislikes of the locals which was eye-opening for me. I initially thought 3.5 hours would be too long but the time flew by and I had a great time and felt i learnt a lot about this beautiful city and country. All in all, it proved to be a great introduction for a first-time visitor to Yerevan and Armenia.
