We had a very bad tour. Firstly, the tour guide gave very little information, was hard to find and then her English was hard to understand. Then, we were not able to enter the Duomo or castle which was what I was looking for. One of the churches which should have been very interesting was closed and the tour guide was unaware. I have done many Viator tours before, but this was a fiasco and we ended it early.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the experience did not meet your expectations. Entry to the Duomo and Castle was not included in the option booked. It was also Fashion Week, with exceptional crowds, and one scheduled church was unexpectedly closed. To compensate, our guide added alternative stops, including a historic perfume shop and an archaeological site. There was also initial confusion as the guests were not at the designated meeting point, but our guide made every effort to adapt the tour.

Fell in Love with Milan
I booked this tour and I’m so happy I did! Luca was a wonderful and extremely knowledgeable tour guide. Since I was travelling solo, he made sure I always felt at ease and he even took some really nice pictures of me!! He made me fall in love with every corner of the city. My experience was definitely a 10/10 and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to discover Milan with a private guide!!

A great way to see Milan
We had an excellent tour with our guide, Lorenzo. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us see so much of Milan in a short time. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Milan Comes Alive
Salvatore was friendly and provided a wealth of information with a nice sense of humor. He was on time and conducted the tour at a manageable pace considering the heat wave. Milan is a beautiful vibrant city. The walking tour was the perfect way to get some historical insight on everything that we saw. All the places visited on the tour was great and the gelato stop was a great treat along with one other surprise that I won't spoil. Salvatore also had a great eye for pictures, took some great shots of our group and gave restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend this tour.

Great experience!
The tour was excellent! Our guide, Alessandro, was very knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Milan. He explained everything thoroughly and also treated us with the best gelato in the city. We highly recommend it!
