Everything worked perfectly from the request for different tours quick response and detailed description and recommendation on which tour works best for our family with children and grandchildren in total 10 pcs. The service on the boat trip was very good with good food and drink can really recommend this trip.

An absolutely wonderful excursion in every way. Amazing staff, lovely boat, good food, wonderful stops and crazy good overall experience. Second time we go on this tour, me and my 8 year old daughter. She loves jumping into the sea and swimming directly for the boat, the food, always finds new friends on the boat and the staff who are so wonderful with the children. Definitely 10 out of 10 in the rating scale. The first time we took this tour was Nov 2023 and then we were so happy so this was a must now when we were back in Thailand. 😍

Fantastic!!
Such a fantastic trip! We went 6 adults and 7 children between 1-12. Everyone was full and happy the whole trip and they had amazing food for everyone! Good hydration all the way and they had a play area / crafts. Good with space when you could move around on the boat and the crew speak Swedish, English and Thai and were amazingly in love with children are you in phuket and have a day off, take this boat!!!! We all had the best day on the boat.

Don't miss this.
A wonderful and relaxing trip with the beautiful boat Champagne. Great food and snacks. Very friendly staff. This trip took us around among the rocks that jut out of the sea and stopped at a beautiful national park where we took a dip.
Highly recommended.

Fabulous experience
Fabulous trip with excellent & friendly service. Very good day trip with excellent organisation. I felt very safe throughout the trip & the life jackets were in good condition. Staff on the boat were so helpful & kind. On the return journey we stopped to do some swimming & jumping off the boat. It was so much fun & a few of the staff got into the water to make sure we were all safe. So much food, snacks & fruit.

Nice boat, not overcrowded, very relaxing and scenic but stops not very interesting.
Very nice company, well-organized, super staff, nice food, charming boat and lovely story about how the boat came about. And hats off to the woman/owner who made it all happen through a lot of hard work. The only reason we are giving this a a '3' instead of higher, is this: Although the execution was flawless, the itinerary was not all that interesting. It is a very long day. Two hours from pick-up to getting on the boat, then 2 hours of motoring in the water (while having breakfast among beautiful scenery). But the first (and only) island stop was a very crowded beach with many boats. You could do a big hike to the top if you were fit or a boring nature walk if you could not make it to the top and back in the time allotted. There was also a beautiful but crowded lagoon to swim. After an hour, we were back on the boat (via another boat), and then we motored another two hours. We had the expectation based on the description that we would visit a limestone cave, or stop for snorkeling, but we never did stop at an island again. We did stop in the middle of the water, jumped in and swam for 20 minutes then we got back on the boat and motored two hours back. But then of course, we had to drive for another 1.5 hours back to the hotel. All in all, a long day for a lot of time in the van and just motoring on the boat with not much interesting sightseeing. We have had two other excursions that included more interesting stops. It was very relaxing and they did not overcrowd the boat so there was always room for everyone. And again, the staff was great.

Great experience
Really an amazing experience. Relaxing tour in incredibly beautiful environment.
The crew were very nice and made sure we got good food and drinks all day.
I can really recommend this tour if you want to experience Thailand's archipelago in the best way!

Didn’t live up to expectations
We did the cruise with collection from Khao Lak on 14 March and had been looking forward to it as a highlight of our holiday in Thailand, but unfortunately we left disappointed.
In short, we found the description misleading, and the cost is much too expensive for over five hours cruising and four hours in a bus just to get one hour on an admittedly gorgeous island.
What went well
* Koh Hong is a beautiful place. The beach is stunning and the viewpoint mesmerising.
* The boat was lovely and comfortable.
* The food onboard was very good.
What didn’t go well
* The two hour bus from our Khao Lak hotel was expected, but upon arrival we had to wait 50 minutes for two other groups to arrive from a much closer location. It felt like transport timings, especially considering our early morning wake up, were poorly arranged.
* The itinerary appears misleading; here are a few examples:
Firstly, the tour overview describes the “option to take a jungle hike on a small island in Phang Nga Bay” and the itinerary is split into two sections: the first mentioning “our tour includes one beach stop before lunch”, with the second itinerary point explaining Koh Hong.
We took this to mean there would be an island stop before Koh Hong where we could hike and go on a beach, but in reality Koh Hong is the only stop on land. It also took more than two hours to reach it whereas an email from the owner before we booked said this would be one hour. When there, yes, you can hike or go to the beach, but you only have one hour, which is nowhere near enough time to do it all. So whilst the description is strictly true, it is poorly written and implies much more than a single stop.
Secondly, the overview says we can “swim from the boat”. Well yes, we were given the opportunity, however the first one was understandably aborted due to too many jellyfish and choppy seas, whilst the second opportunity was very late in the day and everyone was pretty fed up by this point, so everyone said no. In any case neither would have been an interesting swim, as they were in deep waters in the middle of the bay, not close to a beach or an island.
* Lunch wasn’t served until after the visit to Koh Hong, around 2 pm. We had breakfast at our hotel at 6.30 am for our 7.10 am bus, so waiting this long for a proper meal meant we were incredibly hungry. Lunch should have been served before the stop.
* Whilst the bay is scenic, the views during the two hour plus cruise to Koh Hong weren’t the best as we were too far away from the limestone cliffs to really appreciate them. It was only during lunch that we got close and could truly marvel at them - the only problem is that everyone was eating and not paying attention!
* Having done a sensational and considerably cheaper visit to the Surin Islands a few days earlier, where we had an infectiously enthusiastic and happy guide, we were struck by the contrast with our host during this trip. He did little to explain the day plan or any nature beyond the very basics, and also spoke in an almost militaristic manner when explaining where we needed to walk, the timings and so on. This further damped our enjoyment.
