I did this tour early in the morning as recommended by several sites online. I started around 8 AM and the streets were empty. Definitely recommend as the streets can get very crowded and touristy very quickly. The route was accurate, the descriptions are accurate. I highly recommend voice map, which is the app in which this Tour is through. I’ve used them in many other European cities. As long as you have cell phone service, it works perfect at tracking your location. The descriptions are great and you don’t even have to take your phone out of your pocket.

Very informative and easy...
Very informative and easy to follow if you have internet cellular service. We could not get the off-line version to load and play after it was downloaded.

The walking tour was very convenient and easy to use. It was very informative and I’d highly recommend doing this tour to truly know the rich history of this beautiful city.

Good information but issues with the app
The narrative was interesting but we had a lot of issues with the app. It did not follow us and kept telling us we were lost, when we were not lost. We had to keep hitting the forward button in order to hear the next information.....but the app kept interrupting as we walked, telling us we were lost.
Make sure you take the walking tour earlier in the day. When we went the synagogue was closed.
The tour itself is interesting. Just make sure you have the map pulled up so you have another way to find your way in case the app does not follow you.

Absolutely worthless
Absolutely useless, GPS signal didn't work, no clear directions were given
We ended up turning it off after 15 minutes.

We couldn't not participate
Removing the criticisms of the historical moment, one cannot fail to visit the Synagogues present in Prague.

We want a refund! Not able to access this!
I feel we should get a refund! two of us paid and there was no way that we found to share the the code . In addition, I was able to access the first stop, however, we weren’t able to follow the map in order to get to the next site. We ended up not using it and buying an audio tour through the Jewish quarter. We are very upset with how this particular tour was handled Ed! How do we get a refund for something we were not able to use?

Good if you do not plan on going in the synagogues
Learned some new facts but personally did not find this that useful as we went into the synagogues, and that part is skipped over in the tour and then it gets all annoying with the app. Would recommend if you are not interested in entering the synagogues.
