The walking audio tour was fine and gave us some insight to some historic spots. The only glitch was the app provided seemed to only play in one audio channel, I i.e. couldn’t listen in both right and left earbuds.

Hi there,
I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. When you were having technical difficulties, did you contact VoiceMap support via email or telephone?
This sounds like an issue with your phone's audio, but we're contactable by both telephone and email, so if you have technical difficulties, please reach out to us so we can identify what is going wrong.

Good info, not great on direction.
The information presented was interesting but I had a difficult time with direction and understanding pronunciation with Irish names. I did not find the start and stop option to work as easily as described. It seemed to hesitate to find where you were, I felt it had stopped working. It may be my tech skills not up to par. I was hopeful but it wasn't for me.

Easy to use and follow
The tour was incredibly easy to download and follow and gave great information about each spot without being too dense. It was great! Will be doing more audio tours in the future :)

Very informative. Would recommend doing walks in Cities/Towns using this app.
App very easy to use & info prided on audio was very informative. Learnt about Galway historical sites I would have just walked past. Recommend doing a walk this way & can do it at your own pace.
