Great clean and welcoming. There was only ten of us and it was great at 11 AM and would totally do that hour again and again!

Really good value. I needed a little bit more details to find the spot but might be just a me problem

Terrible. It was supposed to set sail at 1 pm and at 1:15 pm a person with a bad attitude approached to say that they did not have a boat to fulfill the tour. They offered us as an alternative to board at 2 pm on another smaller boat without an indoor area and without unlimited drinks (which was what was contracted), only two vouchers for cocktails (I was with a child). When I told her that I refused, the young lady told me that it was better because on this one the child would have to pay and they included him for free on the other. Then she told me that if I wanted a refund, that it would be within 7 days if they approved it. In the end, the gentleman at the ticket office was the one who managed the refund request and explained that it had to be managed through this website, which is where I bought it. They ruined our day, it was my wife's birthday and everything was planned with schedules to meet, and not even because it was the company's fault did they do anything beyond that to make a good impression. I imagine that with the volume of tourists in Barcelona they do not care about having made a bad impression with a one-day tour in September, but for me and the line of people who were left waiting under the sun, it was a plan already paid for with time set aside. I do not recommend anything from THIS IS MED or JULIA TRAVEL. Be very careful with these "tour operators."

The cruise is advertised as 1.5 hours, but only lasted 1 hour. No explanation provided by the company or by Viator.

We had an excellent time on the perfect day and met some amazing people and the crew were fantastic! The views from the water were so beautiful!

When I signed up it said sail and wine experience but then the ticket said sail and drink. It was very confusing. Anyway, I got a beer/water and my daughter got a stale coke and had to pay $5 for her wine. They could have at least played better music. Bottom line is the experience wasn’t the fun and cool experience as I would have hoped for.

Short sail along the Barcelona sea front. Clean and well maintained seaworthy yacht which had lots of sitting areas. Easy to find some shade or a seat to soak up the sun. Clear and easy to follow pick up point information. Very good value for money overall. Would do it again on another holiday to the area.

Really nice way to spend an hour and a quarter. Lovely boat, good music, friendly crew, great photo opportunities for the Barcelona coast line, and plenty of free beer. All for less than £15 per person. What great value!

It has been a very pleasant experience, good service and a good atmosphere. Also, highlight the great image of the boat and how well-maintained it is.
