10/10 trip , with great food go hungry !

June , Nancy and team are fantastic ! 4 hours flew by we had such a fabulous time and I enjoyed it immensely . Thank you for all the knowledge of ingredients and techniques , I’m ready to use them when I return to the UK .

Excellent cooking class!

Excellent cooking class. Market tour was fascinating! Nancy and the other assistants were very attentive and the techniques they taught were very easy to follow.
