The whole excursion was a long way and a long time on a bus. I enjoyed the Hilltop Village and also the White Temple - but the Blue and the Red Temples, were more like Disney - new temples etc - built for tourism. The tour guide and driver were fine - but wasn't my favourite excursion for sure

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the village and White Temple, but we’re sorry the long bus journey and other temple visits did not suit your expectations. We appreciate your perspective on the itinerary and your comments about the guide and driver.

Do not go to Villa Taranto
Degraded gardens, found it very dirty, plants kept very poorly, parks with too many uncollected leaves, staff barely present, bad experience, better your own vegetable garden

Despite the...
Despite the very long car trips, the visit is worth it, especially the white temple. The day is quite intense but is organized with the right breaks.

Grazie, Paolo! Siamo felici che la visita, soprattutto al Tempio Bianco, sia valsa il lungo viaggio. Ci fa piacere che le pause abbiano aiutato a rendere più piacevole una giornata così intensa.

Do not waste your money; there are better tour options.
They did not take us to the Black House or the Red Temple; it was a very long trip to visit only two temples. The vehicle was not comfortable at all; it is a journey of more than 3 hours, and you end up very tired at night. The driver drove terribly.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We sincerely apologize that the itinerary was not as expected and that you were disappointed about not visiting the Black House and the Red Temple. We also regret that the long journey and the vehicle comfort made the trip tiring for you.
Most importantly, we are very concerned to hear your comments regarding the driver’s driving style. Safety and comfort are extremely important to us, and we will address this matter seriously with our team to ensure improvements are made.
We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us improve our service for future guests. We hope you may give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a much better experience.

Great experience
Our tour guide was the BEST! We loved the tour. One thing though — we would have loved more time at the White Temple because it is pretty big, and 45 minutes wasn’t quite enough time to explore everything.
Other than that, we absolutely loved the full-day trip. This is a MUST-do!
事業者からの返答
Thank you for your enthusiastic recommendation! We’re delighted your guide made the day so enjoyable. We also appreciate your feedback that 45 minutes at the White Temple felt too short to explore everything you wanted to see.
