Friendly staff, lovely food highly recommend, great drinks on offer wine and irish coffee delicious 😋 so laid back & relaxing...
It would have been a 5 star review! We had an absolutely superb experience at Tree Zip Bridge. The activity itself was fantastic and the staff were excellent — so friendly, engaging and reassuring, and they made every member of our group feel completely comfortable throughout. We genuinely couldn’t fault them. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly soured at the end. We went back to the main area to have a drink and relax for around 30 minutes while waiting for our cars. During this time, Israeli music began being played extremely loudly, with a group of customers dancing, shouting and waving an Israeli flag. I want to be very clear that I have absolutely no issue with people celebrating, dancing, enjoying themselves or displaying their national flag. However, in a shared tourist venue welcoming visitors from all over the world, the volume and intensity of it made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and very different from the relaxed environment we had been enjoying beforehand. It’s such a shame because everything else about our visit was genuinely brilliant, particularly the wonderful staff who looked after us during the activity. I would still recommend Tree Zip Bridge for the experience itself, but I do feel communal areas should remain welcoming and comfortable for guests of all nationalities and backgrounds.
After getting off the minibus taxi, we were not told where to go, so made our way to the entrance boardwalk. We were fitted with harnesses, helmet and gloves, but staff doing this did not speak to us. After being allocated 2 staff to take us round the ziplines, they were not friendly, didn't smile, with limited interaction and replies when we spoke to them. After reading some great reviews I was looking forward to a fun morning, plus some support as I'm afraid of heights but wanted to try this experience with my family. We were rushed onto each zip line, and when I was nervous, there was no word of encouragement. The positive parts of the experience were the amazing views and the tree cafe location.
.... this is awesome.... 🤞👍💪
Efficient and good layout, with enough information. Very friendly people with a good mood and the guides were helpful when it came to filming and photos, and it seemed like a rush. Amazing fun experience with friends, and absolutely something you can do with family!
Ziplining at Treebridge Ziplining was a terrible experience from start to finish. We visited with our 7- and 8-year-old daughters, who have plenty of experience with climbing and ziplining and usually love it. However, during this entire tour, they were crying non-stop. The main issue was the complete lack of communication and how poorly we were treated. From the moment we arrived, we were yelled at and dragged toward a group, feeling like livestock rather than guests. No one welcomed us or even said hello. Helmets were shoved onto our heads and harnesses strapped on without a single word. There was zero communication with customers: no explanation of what to expect, no instructions, and no mention of whether we were ziplining alone or together. The staff members—some wearing scarves and masks—did not speak a word of English and made no effort to connect or communicate. We were rushed up the stairs and swung off the platforms without warning. Because the staff was just trying to rush people through the long lines, they pushed my young daughter up the stairs and even pushed her off a platform before she was ready. They also refused to let us as parents go first to guide or comfort our kids. When my daughters arrived trembling at the next platform, not a single staff member offered a high-five, a kind word, or a simple "well done." To make matters worse, my other daughter’s leg fell completely through a hole in the middle of one of the wooden platforms. She was terrified and crying, yet not a single staff member showed any concern, asked if she was okay, or apologized. As parents, it was impossible to enjoy anything because we were treated like garbage. We decided to stop the tour early. This was hands down the most child-unfriendly and unprofessional experience I have ever had—and equally horrible for adults. Please do not go here, especially if you have children!
Great experience, especially with children. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I can only recommend that everyone get filmed; the guys really know their stuff.
Can’t recommend highly enough!! Booked and paid through trip advisor, for me my husband and 2 kids, aged 6 and 8 years. Had all paid and confirmed before. Picked up from hotel lobby on time. No wait to get in. Staff were amazing with the kids, they used my husband’s phone to take videos. An amazing experience. Very well organised. Yes, it is expensive, but I absolutely felt it was worth it, for the experience, memories and videos. 5⭐️
Very good experience with two children aged 7 and 11. The support is excellent (especially for children and those who are not used to it) because 2 people accompany you throughout the journey and they are very friendly.
When we arrived it was a mash of people and we were a bit worried, but this was change over time and it calmed down quickly. When we got taken to side and given our safety equipment and split into small groups. Were were just our 4 family members and had 2 guides with us. They were excellent and looked after us so well. My youngest felt faint (heat) and they went and got water for her and helped her as she didn’t want to go down. They made sure she was seated in the shade all the time switching the order to have her in shady platforms. The guides happily took videos and photos of us. We were always clipped onto a wire and felt very safe throughout.
