I signed up with them and asked for transportation which they said they would provide if I paid them 1300 baht. I had no trouble with that and they just said that I would pay it when I got to the pier. However, the morning I was supposed to be picked up I got a message 15 minutes before the pick up that they were not picking us up because I didn't respond. The problem is that no where on their message did say to respond. At the point I figured out what was happening it was too late to get to the pier on time for the trip. I then asked them to change it to the next day and they refused. Since they were paid, I assumed that they would rebook me, however, they said it was company policy not to rebook. I would avoid this company as there are plenty of other snorkeling companies around Phuket.

Great fun with my kiddo! Kitties, fishes and beer for breakfast if you desire. Great captain and awesome tour guide, Simon.

Excellent boat trip. Great snorkelling. Nice crew. Not as good as full day phi phi trip but great if you can’t stomach the full day.

Overall, I had a positive experience. We were transported safely from island to island and provided with scuba equipment and snacks beforehand, along with water while we were on the islands.

First island was nice. But short time. They talked about snorkling, but there was none. Just swimming at the beach. The last beach was awfully overcrowded. No fun at all or relaxation. Basically they take you to these island where you almost are forced to buy overpriced food and chairs. Travelling with speed boat. I'd recommend you to find a tour with a bigger boat. Much better. The tour guides was more interested in acting "cool" rather than provide an interesting tour experience. Reminded me like a 'hip and cool" tour service you find in the Greek islands. Not for me.

Enjoyed all the islands they were beautiful. Saw lots of fish while snorkeling. You have to pay to use the chairs on the beaches so bring money.

I don't understand why at 1pm we were back on the bus, we had booked and paid 81 € the full day and enjoyed only 4 h! There must be a problem, I guess.

It was a quick ride to the island and the half day allowed an hour at each location and we enjoyed our time. We saw plenty of fish and other sea life while snorkelling. The crew were very good, stopping to rescue a man and his young son they saw floating in the ocean. The pair found themselves in trouble after falling off the jet ski they had hired. Overall a great morning returning to port early afternoon.

Great Tour with Perfect time of 5 hrs utilised to the fullest with fantastic experience by all our friends. Really enjoyed it

Picket up and dropped off at the cruise terminal at 12 md as instructed to then wait 2 hrs for everyone else to arrive At 2 pm when about to leave they tell us if we wanted flippers they could be hired ,that took another 15 mins The boat trip was fine only the seating we were squashed in like sardines and you couldn’t see any view out of the windows as the seats are below the deck When we reached the first island you had to jump off the back of the boat , however getting back on the ladder was short a few rungs and you had to step up above your waist deep water to get in Very difficult unless your very agile NO one was there to assist When I requested to board the boat earlier than the hour allotted the deck hand shoowed me and others away with his hands numerous times and just walked away not allowing us to board There were 5 crew members and three of them smoked continuously throughout the 3 hr trip sitting on the bow of the boat with smoke floating into the cabin They all had little or no English with a boat with 90 % English speakers The second island it began to rain and I had my bag outside on a seat and again the young boy would not allow me to get on the boat The two beaches we stopped at were packed with people , like a busy tourist attraction Not a nice peaceful atmosphere given the beautiful islands Everywhere there were dozens of jet skies reving around again not conducive to an island adventure Overall 2.5 hrs stopping and snorkeling for a 5.5 hr waiting ? Warning if you have any mobility issues this boat trip is not for you I think the company needs to look at how they train staff to at least be polite and maybe educate them as to not everyone likes second hand smoke blown at them constantly and to replace the broken step I have been on many similar boat trips and never experienced anything like this one A most unenjoyable half day
