Poor communication
Booked and it allowed me to select my hotel for pick up then last minute couldn't and we had to go to meeting place which was fine. But then they changed the meeting place and never let us know.. so we missed the 4 o'clock. We had to wait around and do the 5 o'clock one. Then they took us all the way back to. Ao Nang and then had to pay to get a ride back which was further
