I honestly didn’t know what to expect signing up for this class. It was very intense from start to finish but I don’t regret it. I was the only female in the class and the two instructor didn’t really go easy on me which I appreciated. I had so much fun and would absolutely come back again!
Super fun experience learning the basics of Muay Thai. Our instructor was great, and did a good job showing us proper technique. I’d highly recommend checking this place out. Make sure you bring a LOT of water and a face towel too.
