I had an amazing trail running experience in Tijuca National Park. The route was led by our guide, Phelipe, who is clearly passionate about running and has an excellent knowledge of the trails and the surrounding nature. The trail was moderately challenging, with a few technical sections that made the run exciting without being overly difficult. We ran through lush, dense vegetation, which made the whole experience feel immersive and unique. One of the highlights was reaching Chinese View (Vista Chinesa), where we were rewarded with spectacular, unobstructed views over Rio. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and well worth the effort. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who enjoys trail running and wants to discover a different side of Rio de Janeiro. Thanks again to Phelipe for his professionalism, enthusiasm, and great company throughout the run!

I had a fantastic experience with Rio Running Tour! The tour was beautifully organized and well-planned. Odin showed me the most beatiful corners of Tijuca National Park. He was attentive to my requests and made sure I had a complete tour, covering over 30 km and 2000 meters of elevation gain.
