It was a rainy day but our time spent at Fatima is an experience words cannot describe. Was the highlightof our trip .1st of all, our tour guide was late, we encountered traffic with the weather..our tour guide drove about 80 to 95km/hr making our journey very uncomfortable. He was very informative. With the weather we arrived at Obidos very late thus limiting our time to explore the beautiful quaint village

First ket us thank you for choosing Fantasticride. Second let me tell you that in fact, that the driver was late, 10 mim because of the weather conditions and traffic limitations to get into the city. Above all is good to know that he was careful enough to drive at a save speed according to the weather conditions and drove you safely into all destinations and also that he was very "informative" . The responsibility of driving and performing a tour in bad weather conditions, with customers in the car, is huge, but the company is glad that all went well. We are very sorry but we cannot control situations as weather as we are sure you'll understand. That and the fact that it get's dark here at 18h00 during fall. We also understand that you're a bit tired because all of this. The only thing that the company can assure you is that next time you'll have a better experience ig the weather allows us.

A Must
The tour was excellent, given by a knowledgeable guide named Jorge Santos. He made our day the most memorable of our stay in the Iberian Peninsula. The hotel pick up was a few minutes early. During the entire trip he was making sure that we were comfortable, getting all the information, and if we had any questions. With his experience, he was able to avoid the crowds. This made the experience more enjoyable. We recommend this tour to truly get to know many facts of Portugal’s history. The only disappointment was that we did not visit Bathala, which was mentioned in our tour confirmation.

Fatima,Batalha,Nazaré,Obidos Private tour in French
The private tour to Fatima, Batalha, Nazaré and Obidos was correct for our group of 8 retirees with a private mini Van and guide in French. Pick up from our hotel around 9.00 am, with a little delay due to traffic. Return to our hotel around 9.00 pm (exception 12 hours ) Exhausting excursion towards the end, but it was our choice. Pros: Visit 4 beautiful cities, Fatima, Batalha, Nazaré and Obidos. Visit beautiful caves not included in our itinerary, but recommended by our guide. He suggested a good restaurant that met our expectations. He preferred to take small country roads to allow us to better discover the beautiful landscapes. Negative: The tone of our guide’s voice was not very loud and we had difficulty hearing his explanations when the vehicle was driving on the road, especially for those in the back seat. We asked him to speak louder a few times, but it was not correcting. He would re-explain outside the vehicle a little and sometimes leave so that we could visit alone and wait for a call back to pick us up at the previously designated place. He explained what to visit before leaving us. The reason was that it was impossible for him to park his vehicle and accompany us everywhere. So finally, we suggested that he should install a microphone and speaker system in his Van to amplify his voice so that all passengers can hear his explanations in the future. We made the request by phone to his boss.
I would give a 4 star rating for this tour.

Highly recommend
We used Fantastic Rides for 2 day trips - one to Fatima, Batalha, Nazare and Obidos and another day to Tomar. Our guide Luis was amazing. He was so fun and kind to my family, especially my 75 year old mother. He was always concerned that we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The owner was extremely flexible by changing the date of our trip to Tomar at the last minute because my mother was not feeling well. Luis is so knowledgeable about Portugal's history and culture, and we all enjoyed learning so much in our 2 days with him. We felt like we were travelling with an old friend. Loved Luis and this company ! I highly recommend Fantastic Rides for anyone who wants a personalized and wonderful experience while visiting the Lisbon area.

Best tour company
Fantastic Ride was a great choice for my group of 8 people. They were very flexible and accommodating for a big group. Our tour guide/ driver, Luis, was fun and a joy to spend time with. I would recommend this company to anyone going to Portugal.
