The tour started with the announcement that we wouldn’t be able to get inside the Boca stadium. Apparently it’s been closed since September. The tour in the River plate stadium is 5 minutes standing in the stands. No dressing rooms, standing on the field or anything else. We visited both museums and giftshops, that was basically the tour. Huge disappointment overall.
Hi, thank you for posting a review. We regret to hear that your experience was not as you expected. Our product clearly states that Boca Jrs field or any other part of the stadium is not visited except their museum and that as a matter of security, the days that a game is played or the team is training or if the field is under maintenance, the visit to the soccer field at River Plate Stadium is not included. Terrible, Terrible & Terrible. I received a text 2 days before the trip informing me that the Boca part of the tour would not take place. The morning of the tour i should have been picked up at 9.30 am but was only picked up at 10.20. We then drove around the city for over 1 hour with no word from our tour guide. We were later informed that the tour had taken further bookings that morning which was why it took us so long to pick up all the passengers. The tour of the River Plate stadium was excellent but that was down to the staff at the stadium.
Hi Nick, thank you for your opinion. The visit to the stadiums depend on the authorization of each one. Boca Jrs. advised there was going to be a soccer game that day and that is why we had informed you about this issue quite in advance and gave you an extra discount when you agreed to take it anyway. The pickup is at different hotels in downtown and we had previously informed you about the tolerance time you had to have to wait for the pickup. Regarding the guide, it is unusual our guides remain without guiding but we will inquire about this. We apologize for any inconvinience. Cordially, Carlos

It did not depend on the tour itself, you could not enter La Bombonera, only the museum. Except that excellent tour, beautiful places and very good guide Lionel
