Very good for first time divers, I wasn’t sure I could do it with being so nervous and having a fear of water but the instructor is so patient and super helpful and listens to you and your body. The food was good and beautiful locations. 10/10 recommend

This was a good trip. We were collected at 8am at the hotel and then drove 30 minutes to the marina. Then it was 1.5 hour on the boat to the snorkel stop. We saw Beluga on the way which was magical. The boat was very comfortable and water and soda are included. The staff are friendly and helpful. The snorkelling isn’t what it was 20 years ago but I guess that’s to be expected! Lots of beautiful fish to see! White Island was an experience too - you swim a short way to a white sanded island in the middle of the ocean. The best thing about the trip was the boat ride through stunning turquoise waters - the ocean here is beautiful!

The trip was good and included two underwater activities in different locations, each lasting an hour. Almost everyone went into the water and saw the fish. The last activity was a trip to White Island. We went down to White Island and walked on the beach, which was a very nice experience. On the way back, we were given an hour to go to the second island, but some of the children who were with us preferred to go home.

The actual trip was amazing, however, the staff and the boat are very unorganised. You don’t know what’s going on and the equipment is in very poor condition rips in the wetsuit. But the snorkelling and White Ireland were absolutely amazing.
Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the actual boat trip, the snorkeling experience, and the beautiful White Island. It means a lot to our team. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that the organization and communication did not meet your expectations. We understand how important clear coordination is for an enjoyable day at sea. We also appreciate your comments regarding the snorkeling equipment. We have already shared your feedback with our boat partner and equipment team, and we are carrying out additional inspections to ensure all wetsuits and equipment meet the standards our guests expect. Your feedback helps us improve, and we are committed to providing not only an amazing destination but also a smooth, well-organized experience from start to finish. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Sharm El Sheikh and provide you with an even better experience. Kind regards, Tourex Egypt Team
