We received the earphones for well done Italian translations. Surely the temple illuminated at night is very impressive, but after 20 minutes we have already begun to get bored. We proceed along the corridors with the whole group to the lake view grandstand, where the plays of Lights are really minimal and you listen only to the recording. Dear

Watch the Magical Sound & Light Spectacle at night at Karnak Temple in Luxor, which we visited during our trip to Egypt. It was a fantastic experience, combining majestic narration and sound direction, with a magnificent illuminated temple rising in the night sky. However, perhaps because I had high expectations in advance, there was a slight oldness and monotony in the production, it was honest that it did not reach as much emotion as I had thought

The service provider was easily reachable and did everything possible to ensure that our service went smoothly: detailed description of the upstream service, followed by the smooth remote operation (transit with driver, recovery of seats and support). With our children (aged 5 and 8) we were able to fully enjoy the wonderful show.

Lovely atmosphere, nice light show and explanation of the temple. The duration was 1h, it pasted so fast as was very nice!

This tour is a must see. We went during the day, however, at night it is a whole other experience. The driver was really nice and friendly. Would recommend this tour.

Well, it's better than the Philae Temple Sound & Light Show, but there isn't much in it. The sonorous soundtrack is supposed to drip with integrity but bows under the weight of its own ludicrousness. The light show was a bit better with several colours and projections showing a bit more effort. But the mock seriousness didn't work for me. I spent the last few minutes at the Sacred Lake section laid on a concrete bench watching the stars - and was rewarded with a spectacular shooting star! That was the most spiritual thing that happened to me there. (PS. It's a fair walk from the ticket office, through the temple, to the Sacred Lake across uneven ground in the dark, so suggest it suits the sure-footed only.)

The air-conditioned car and polite driver Ahmed were nice to have had arranged in advance. However, the tour operator and/or maybe the driver were trying o cheat me. AVOID dealing with ‘Eyes Egypt.’ My tour description included the entrance fee. Driver sent me a message at last minute saying my tour did not include entry ticket. Then he stopped along the way suggesting that I buy my ticked from some man standing on a street corner instead of at the venue. I wouldn’t do that at home in the USA and certainly not in Egypt either. I contacted Viator and requested a refund of the 900 E£ that I paid for my ticket. Other that feeling like somebody was trying to cheat me, the show itself is well worth the price of the entry ticket.

We will review our communication processes to ensure this doesn't happen again. Ticket Purchase Suggestion: We strictly prohibit our drivers from suggesting ticket purchases from unauthorized sources. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against our company policies. We have initiated an internal investigation into these incidents and will take appropriate action to prevent such occurrences in the future. We're also reviewing our training procedures to reinforce our commitment to honest and transparent service.
I highly recommend Eyes of Egypt. The day of the show we had an issue and they went far and beyond to help us resolve it, even when it wasn’t their responsibility. They walked the extra mile for us. That is really valuable for us, to be able to trust in a company. Thank you, Mr. Hamed Galal!!!

We had a great time at the Karnak Sound and Light show. We were there during the day and it’s spectacular to see Karnak at night. We also needed a wheelchair and the staff at the show were so helpful in accommodating our last second request. Be prepared to walk fairly quickly between scenes. The guide and his driver were so helpful. They arrived on time, waited for us and promptly brought us back to our hotel. Overall very excellent.
