Wonderful ride and great guide. Roads are chewed up and lots of traffic but we’re experienced riders. 13 mile was perfect. Nice new Trek bikes

Had a personal bike tour (!) that morning with Ioan who represents the youth, energy of Toronto & Canada's ever dynamic population. I appreciated his love for the city and knowledge of its history, from the construction of the CN Tower, the inlaid gold windows of the RBC, and the geothermal exchange system under the University of Toronto. We covered much territory with the e-bike ending with a lovely cityscape view from Riverdale Park. Ioan was an absolutely delight to chat with and spend a quick 3 hrs. He recommended a great gelato place, Soma, in the Distillery District, which I stopped by afterwards. Thanks so much Ioan!!

We took the bike tour with Ioan mid-June. Really excellent all-around. Facility was easy to find (adjacent to King Edward Hotel), spacious, and clean restrooms. Bikes were BRAND NEW Trek's...seriously, we were the first riders I'm pretty sure. Both of us are veterans of bike tours from around the globe; from an equipment standpoint, this was the best ever. These are bikes MADE for city touring- multiple adjustments, big squishy seats, and shock absorber seat posts. Ioan was an excellent guide and he was receptive of our limitations (my 80 year old Mom was with us, and she's beyond riding in heavy traffic). The pace was easy, and the breaks frequent. Ioan knew a lot about Toronto, and has a very friendly demeanor. We were particularly impressed with the time the staff spent fitting our bikes and helmets, and also making sure we were comfortable and familiar with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, and worth every cent.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. My guide was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Doing this experience allowed me to familiarize myself with the area so now I’m much more confident traversing the city during the rest of my stay.
