On time and efficient way to return to the airport. No surprises as to the cost of the trip. We appreciated this option.
Our driver was there as expected. He was so helpful as he told us what to expect during checkin. Was super friendly.
Excellent restaurant service with Amado's service
The driver was on time and communicated with us when he arrived to pick us up. The ride to the airport was smooth and the van was nice and clean. Will be booking again !
Asked for an earlier pickup. Wasn't granted. Finally, driver came 10 minutes early for the original pickup time and was rude to say we requested for an early pickup.
Your pickup instructions clearly state (and are highlighted) that passengers must be ready 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. This helps ensure timely departures for all passengers. We apologise if the interaction came across as rude — this is not the standard we aim for, and we will address this with the driver.
We were very early at the meeting point and the driver was there to pick up another couple and was able to take us early. He was very professional and got us to the airport. Vehicle was great and plenty of room for 6 people plus luggage.

The van was on time and comfortable for our party of seven adults, however it would have been tight for eleven, the max allowed. The complaint I have was the description on Viator's website was misleading. It says each passenger is allowed one suitcase and one carry-on. We were required to pay an additional $10 each, for our carry-on cases, since they actually mean personal item that you can hold on your lap.
