Sorry pickup.
It was my first time in Vietnam, so I had no idea where to meet.
The other greeters were waiting at the airport arrivals exit with their boards, but we couldn't find them, and we were at a loss for about 40 minutes going back and forth. He finally came to find us with a board from the other side, so we got in the car, but I think if we had been lost for another five minutes we might have had to take a taxi. We had a very anxious time in the rain. We also missed the check-out time significantly and missed our plans. Those coming to pick you up should wait at the airport arrivals exit with their board.

The airport exit meeting went smoothly. We were kind enough to drive safely and comfortably to the hotel. It was also helpful to be able to talk in English.
