Im a disabled lady and traveled with a friend who is also disabled. Unloading of wheelchairs is a disgrace. No one felt safe.
The ticketing was awful, the staff confused and the men pushing the wheelchairs felt they could just keep and were entitled to any visa money not used.
We had to remove our shoes at least 3X to get through to departure and our plane.
Now i understand the need for security but this was literally so painful and in departure lounge we were just dumped and left.
One word AWFUL !
