It was my first time to Chennai. I have used Viator before in other countries, a trusted one.
I was responded by Mr Rajesh from Wonder Tours. He was liasing with me very calmly and composed replying to my queries.
He ensured that I was safe.
The driver I got, Mr Venkatesh was so patient and nice. He ensured I was waiting at the right gate, entrance.
He saw me coming out from hotel and I can actually go out( just 3 second walking) but he still drove his car in.
He ensured I've taken my breakfast and dinner. And asked if I need to drop anywhere to get food. (As I ended my event late)
Thanks Wonder Tours, for giving me that assurance that being a solo lady traveller, I can trust your agency even it was just 2 days.
I would highly recommend thus agent.

For cost, arrange your own. For Convenience use Hotel
We found the option at the airport with the taxi stand desk (inside arrivals, once you walk out of area with your luggage) to be very helpful, easy to use and economical. For example it was 500 R and 2100 with hotel. Big difference. If you use the airport taxi stand as we did you tell them where you are going, pay the cost and receive a voucher. Take it outside and you are met and taken to the taxi. Be prepared to pay a tip to the fellow who assists you and also to your driver as no other cash is exchanged. Great service. It was 500 R to our hotel. For the return ride to the airport from the hotel we allowed the hotel to book for us and it was 2100 R. I’d just arrange my own next time, both ways!
