Wonderful tour. Juan Carlos was fantastic. Tour made contact with us the day before to ensure we were ok with and tracking the adjusted time. Let us know when he was 15 minutes out and still showed early 🙂 Juan was super knowledgeable on Santiago and adjusted the tour plan to better meet our interest. Loved the time in the city park. He even took us to his favorite empanada joint for authenic "street" food. Empanadas were absolutely wonderful and you couldn't beat the price. Great tour of Santiago and Juan was the beat guide!

Well! Eugene was a pleasure to work with getting this set up for us for us being from the states. And perfect follow thru and pickup from hotel. And Juan Carlos was amazing! He was like a friend we hadn’t seen in a while and showed us his city! It was a perfect day!

Had a very enjoyable day exploring Santiago in a very small group. There were only two of us plus the guide, Fernando., giving a very personalised experience. Fernando was very knowledgable and helpful making it a memorable experience. This tour is highly recommended.

I booked the City tour by Santiago of Chile -A beautiful experience - Half day with Empire Vasquez Tour Chile through Viator. From the start, the operator was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There were only two of us on the tour with Fernando, which made it feel nicely personalised. Fernando was phenomenal—full of passion, and I learnt and saw so much. It was both educational and a rich cultural experience, giving a solid overview of Santiago. I’d recommend doing this on your first day. Fernando was punctual—early, in fact—to collect me, and his driving was safe throughout. The tour lasts around four and a half hours. Be sure to wear good footwear, as the second part involves a lot of walking. Overall, highly recommended.

Great tour. Had a few days here in Santiago with my 16 year old. Tour guide was knowledgable, and enjoyable to spend time with. A fun way to spend half a day when you are here for a short time. Highly recommend!

A nicely paced tour with a knowledgable guide, Eugenio. Some fascinating insights into some of Santiago’s highlights, and time along the way to take photographs and stop for a good coffee. Thoroughly recommend!

We had a great tour with Eugene seeing the various sites of the city. The view from the top of the gondola was magnificent. One of the travelers in our group had her ATM card taken by the machine and he offered to help us get it back from the bank. So much knowledge about the history, highly recommend.
