Very good experience, fast, educational, and a wonderful city
¡Muchas gracias por tu reseña! Me alegra muchísimo saber que disfrutaste de una experiencia tan rápida, educativa y bonita recorriendo Frankfurt. ¡Espero verte explorando otra ciudad con nosotros muy pronto!
Do not pick this “tour.” The booking code did not open the tour in the app and there was no way to do it. There was an option that said “speak to a Human” for help with app but it was just a link to send an email that was never answered. There was no tour and no response ever to the email for help. I should get a full refund because I paid for nothing at all.
I am so sorry to hear that you had such a frustrating experience and that your help email wasn't answered. This is definitely not the experience we want to provide. I personally checked your booking, and discovered that you activated quest for your gmail address, but then logged in the app with Apple ID. I am sorry, but that doesn't make us a scam. We mention clearly to use the same email in the app, and you didn't. If you still want to play, just edit your email in the app.
What a great way to explore a city! We spent a very enjoyable 2 hours on the quest looking for clues and following the trail. Highly recommended by us.
Fun cheap experience to do with your kid, get to see around while finding the spots and get to exercise too to walk about 2 hours 😊 a little hard to find one spot but it was good after all.
Thank you for your review and for choosing our Frankfurt Old Town Treasure Exploration Game. We’re glad you and your child enjoyed exploring and walking around the city. We’ll review the tricky spot you mentioned to make it clearer for future players. Hope to see you on another quest soon.
Great experience for a first timer! We came into the city not knowing what we should do and found this activity. It was very fun and exposed us to some very neat parts of the city.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re delighted to hear that our Frankfurt Old Town Treasure Exploration Game made your first visit to the city both fun and memorable. It’s great that the game helped you discover some of Frankfurt’s hidden gems while enjoying the adventure. We’d love to welcome you back anytime, perhaps for another quest in a new city.
The challenges were engaging. We loved the path that led us throughout the area and the historical information about each location. We probably looked like crazy people, literally running around doing the challenges but it was so us and we loved it. It also allowed us to make pit stops for food and snacks since it was self guided.
Thank you for the great review! We're so glad you enjoyed the challenges and the freedom to explore Frankfurt at your own pace. Sounds like you really embraced the adventure—and those snack breaks are definitely part of the fun. Hope to see you on another quest soon!
I bought this, and when i tried to connect to play and look around Frankfurt, it wouldn't work. Tried contacting support, they were helpful, but the game still said it had been used. Wasted my money and gave up trying
We’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced. We understand how frustrating that must have been. We’ll review the issue to prevent it from happening again. Please feel free to contact us at care@questoapp.com if you'd like further assistance.
Very enjoyable way to explore Frankfurt and learn a bit of the history! The clues highlighted interesting architecture and sites.
Thank you for the feedback! We're delighted you enjoyed exploring Frankfurt and learning about its history. It's great to hear the clues led you to intriguing architecture and sites. We appreciate your review and hope you have more enjoyable experiences with us in the future!
The story took place in the 15th century and the wanted persons were from the 18th + 19th century?? That irritated and didn't really fit. Well, and for a group of adults it was "too easy," we expected tricky tasks. But the explanations to the places was well done and informative, hence 3 points.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the explanations of the places informative. We’re sorry to learn that the historical inconsistencies and the difficulty level didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we’ll share these points with our team to improve future experiences. If you have any more thoughts or need further assistance, please reach out to us at care@questoapp.com. We appreciate your input and hope to offer a more engaging experience next time.
