Really great experience. We really enjoyed ourself. I would definitely recommend it as a family day out!!!
Thank you for the amazing review! I'm thrilled to hear your family had a magical experience exploring Wizarding London. Providing a fun day out for the whole family is exactly what we aim to do! Please email explore@questoapp.com so we can offer you a free quest for your next family adventure!
Very nice walk / treasure hunt. We got to places that weren't going to be so quick ourselves. It was a great pity that the app was down at hst 7 and we could not get back in. We could then only download the game again that did not go on the way. Unfortunately we were unable to finish the game.
Had a fun time doing the quest and solving them. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Looking forward to booking our next adventure
Thank you for the kind words. We're so glad to hear that you and the kids had a great time solving the quest. Looking forward to having you join us again for your next adventure!
Could be more Harry Potter like. It was less than expected. The puzzles were good, not too easy, not too hard.
Thanks for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the puzzles and felt they were a good challenge. We hear you on the Harry Potter vibe—it's great to know what you'd like to see more of. We’d love to have you back for another adventure soon!
Very fun trip with plenty to see and very informative. We took the trip slow and really took in the sites, stopping for drinks along the path. Would highly recommend to all.
Thanks a bunch for the awesome review! Taking it slow, enjoying the sites, and having drinks along the way—sounds like the perfect adventure. We're thrilled you had a blast! Your recommendation means the world to us. Can't wait for more fun trips together!
This was an amazing experience that was very fun and not too challenging. It took us to many locations we would never have seen otherwise and me and my partner had a blast doing it. I would highly recommend as a date idea.
Delighted to hear you had an amazing and fun experience exploring new places with your partner! Date idea success! More adventures await for you both. 🌆👫🗺️😄
Looking for a gold watch when it was a CLOCK!!!! Trying to work out a clue by a statue of a ballerina Very loosely based on Harry Potter
It sounds like you had quite the puzzling adventure! Thanks for your feedback, we will definitely look into this and sort things out! Sometimes those tricky clues can lead to amusing moments. And a statue of a ballerina in a Harry Potter-inspired context sounds like a delightful twist. We're glad you had a memorable experience, and we hope it brought some laughter and fun to your exploration. If you ever want to embark on another adventure, we're here to help. Happy questing!
It was a fun game to play, not too complicated and we discovered interesting new place that we have not noticed before. One recommendation, do not play the game at the end of a full day - we did this in a day when we walked around 20k steps, and by the last two questions we were tired.
Thank you for trying out our game and sharing your experience! We're glad to hear that you had fun and discovered new places. Your recommendation is noted – it's definitely a good idea to choose a time when you're feeling refreshed and energized. If you ever decide to explore more, we have plenty of other exciting quests in different cities for you to enjoy!
Very enjoyable experience. Clearly not sponsored by Harry Potter yet some excellent insight into the stories and London. Thoroughly enjoyed.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your time sharing your experience and we are happy that you have enjoyed the game. Please share Questo to your family and friends! :)
Few of the questions need to be changed. For instance the statue on the 4th plinth has changed sometime ago. This has been pointed out many times before but has not been updated. Only loosely based on Harry Potter locations.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are sorry that you had a negative experience. Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers and to provide a positive experience. We hope to see you giving try playing one of our games in the future.
