A big shout-out to the hard work of Eric Santos at the Toronto airport who took our delayed flight and missing luggage as a personal quest and got us completely fixed up in record time. It is not often a delayed flight and lost baggage will merit an 'attaboy', but in this case, his caring attitude and prompt service in resolving our issues were greatly appreciated.

My husband and I did this as a way to travel around and sight see. Had we not we would have missed so much of the history in Toronto.
