Excellent pick up from airport

Our driver made contact in the afternoon to confirm our pick up afternoon reached out to the booking company. He was early and communicated his arrival and waited for us to be ready. He took our preferred route and was friendly and helpful. Easy pick up and airport drop.

On time and easy ride to hotel. He was helpful and explained a few things to look out for. All in all very good all went as expected. Thank you.

The airport pickup was seamless. I was contacted before the trip, and was informed of all the things I need to know on arrival. Nyoman kept in touch when we arrived at the airport, and ensured our trip to the hotel was enjoyable and seamless. Will definitely recommend and use him.

The airport pickup showed no sign of looking for us, It was hard to find. The car was divided into two smaller cars without the promised car. The worst part was on the return trip, when he forgot to check his hotel pick, so wait in the hotel lobby with 7 family members, including the infant! Stand up. I've never seen anything like this before! I can't make the flight, so I rushed to grab a cab and take care of it! There was no apology from the company, KKday treated it as a cancellation on its own, and after refunding the money, I just texted saying wait two months for grab and taxi fare. It was clear to me that KKday had not managed the operating company well at all in the first place. Then the operator is still not able to register or deregister on KKday like this, support says. The operating company is terrible, but KKday felt worse.

Great collection from the Airport, and safe delivery to our hotel in Nusa Dua. Well spoken English, with good local knowledge helping us with some local customs and behaviours so we were informed and not surprised. Highly recommend, with clean vehicle inside and out. Thanks for kick starting our holiday in Bali 👍

Nyoman was our tour guide. Nyoman picked us up from the airport. The places we visited were the Temple, Monkey Forest, The Spa and Luna Beach Club. Nyoman arranged everything for us and made sure the trip for my 51st Birthday was one to remember!

I would highly recommend Era Bali tours to anyone travelling to Bali who is in need of a driver. He has such a warm and kind nature, making us feel so welcomed. He also has amazing English and is very knowledgeable, giving us insight into the Bali way of life as well as Indonesia as a whole. He was also easily contactable and accommodating with our plans, which made getting around so easy and stress-free. We are so glad to have met such a wonderful driver to show us Bali.

Amazing driver! Waited 2.5 hours for us to make it through customs at the airport before transferring us to our hotel in Nusa Dua. Very kind and friendly, which was exactly what we needed after our long flight from the UK. We were even provided with bottles of water while the driver answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome during our trip to the hotel. A few days later we were contacted to see if we wanted to go on a day trip to Ubud, which was something we were very keen on due to the nature of the driver and the offer. Had a fantastic trip, was very easy and was directed by the activities we wanted to do. Driver was very knowledgeable and we learned a great deal throughout the trip. Would highly recommend and loved our traditional Balinese cakes at the end of our trip.
