I booked morning safari for my friend birthday omg tour was really good we had a great time and much fun was in buggy ride.Our driver was very friendly and professional definitely will come again thanks.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give them 0 or -. Picked up 45 mins late driver didn’t apologise just said traffic was bad, then we go into the desert. Where the nightmare begins, driver drops is off at a shop where we were told we had to buy head scarves for the desert, there was 5 of us, 3 young children and my wife they tried to charge us 600dhs for 5 scarves. Driver said we needed these!!!! We then go into the desert safari which started off ok, driver was from Pakistan and didn’t speak hardly any English so was a barrier instantly. We took a dune to fast he then banked hard right hitting the sand hard in which turn the airbags all exploded and the car stalled, all children screaming with whiplash and vomiting for next 24 hours. The driver got out and checked over the car, didn’t once ask how we were. We asked immediately to go back to the hotel so we could get checked out by the doctor, he drove us directly against our will to his office in Dubai in which the main manger came out to check out the car!!!!! I asked to be compensated for my son’s injuries for whiplash which the manager laughed and eventually gave us a refund. They said it was an electrical error with the car so it wasn’t there fault. STAY CLEAR FOR OWN SAFETY
