If you're visiting Banke Bihari Temple for the first time, try to reach early in the morning to avoid the biggest crowds. The lanes around the temple are narrow and busy, so wear comfortable footwear and keep your phone and sunglasses secure, as monkeys are quite active. I visited as part of a Mathura and Vrindavan trip with MusafirBaba, and reaching at the suggested time made the darshan much more comfortable. The unique tradition of the curtain opening and closing during darshan makes the experience truly special. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable visit that I would happily experience again.

The travel agency is well run with good communication over WhatsApp. Driver Shyam was knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond his normal duties to make us happy.

Be wary of this activity, the places to see in Vrindavan and Mathura are written, but then they do not show you those temples, but other small temples trying to extort even substantial Donations. It’s all combined between drivers, guides and temple people, they just try to squeeze you as much as possible. The guides in the cities are approximate and in addition to skipping the program, in the end they also demand a large Tip and if it is judged too small they also complain. I've done dozens of tours around the world, but I've never been involved in a scam like this.

Experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The temples that are put in the description are not all visited, but there was a superficial visit of some. When I pointed out that the largest temple to see in Vrindavan was missing then we were taken, but without a guide who had left in the meantime. The 2 guides in the temples of the two cities were terrible, arrived late, claimed to have a tip, the second also complaining that it was too little. Do nothing but waste time here

I booked this trip for me and my wife in Jan 2025. All initial communication were fine and thru the trip we did not realize what is happening but post trip when we met with our family and discussed our experience, they told us that we got duped. The driver took us to a very small temple in Vrindavan telling us this is the Banke Bihari main temple. They had another fake guide join us to take us thru the narrow lanes to the temple. In the temple there was this priest who got us into paying him sizable amount as donation saying this will be used for supporting widows. This was all a scam and the driver including the owner of this tour is involved. DO NOT book these tour unless you want to lose money and on top of that never actually see the actual temple. Just last month the driver who took us there sent me a text saying, please call me and I will tell you the whole truth. By this time we already knew what happened. I should have done this review immediately to stop this scam. One of my close friend had the same experience last week and that triggered me to write this. To the tour owner, atleast have some shame and stop scaming people who come their with lot of faith and want to have experience of life time.
