We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Frigiliana, although we are sorry that your experience in Nerja did not meet your expectations. The free time in Nerja is intentionally included to allow guests to explore the town at their own pace, visit the viewpoints, enjoy the local atmosphere, or have some time by the sea. We understand, however, that two and a half hours may feel like too much free time depending on each traveller's interests. We are particularly sorry to hear about your experience with the guide. The way our guides interact with guests is very important to us, and we certainly do not want anyone to feel that they have been treated rudely or condescendingly. We will review your comments with our team so that we can look into what happened and continue improving the quality of our service.
