HI Simon. I am Zamani Shelembe. I was your tour guide and owner of Afro Zulu Tours Durban. 1 .Thank you for the review and traveling with us. At Afro Zulu Tours we pride our self with excellent Service ALL the time. But seeing you comments here means. We did not hit the mark with you. Agenda Tours are flexible and we do not just change progem of the tour. we communicate to the client of any changes at the start of a tour and I did with you Victoria Market This is a shopping are and usually dont need to be accompanied but a Guide. Unless we have language problem. Botanical gardens This is always done at the end of our Tour. And we did do it. But after all said and done. I appologize for the way you feel. It is always our priority to meet and exceed your expectations. And share our Country/Province/City with you as out Guest. Zamani Afro Źulu Tours 0027 720118249
