It was a no show. No one reached out to me. I had to call chat support three times so far. They couldn't reach the tour operator at the time and not even a full day later. Still waiting for my money to be refunded. I will be following up on a daily basis

Travelled with Ahmed and Abdul’VD’ to the National Civilisation Museum as the moving to the new museum is occurring and we were given the option of where to go. Punctual on arriving to our hotel and was a smooth travel to and from. Ahmed was very knowledgeable and was very accommodating throughout our visit.

What a way to start our first day of our Egypt holiday! We booked this tour the evening before. The tour guide laised with us via WhatsApp, letting us know the logistics arrangement. Driver picked us right on time and our tour guide joined us closer to the museum. On way to the museum, tour guide explained the way of life for Egyptians. Tour guide, Mohamed Mido is very knowledgeable, with many years of study under his belt. He explained the key exhibits with passion and the level of details continue to astound me. It's the right perfect balance of guidance and.. free time for us to feel the history and know the rich details. That's very important to us. What amaze me is Mohamed Mido show us the Egyptian hospitality by being warm hearted and genuinely taking care of us by ensuring we have everything. When we asked where can we find some take-out food, he went all the way to find an excellent local place, insisted to pay. This happened for water as well. When seeing me juggle with carrying winter jacket which affects my enjoyment of the musemum, he offered to carry them. His graciousness comes from his heart - I can see it. Thank you for your hospitality. He went way beyond what is included in this tour. From extending more time to us, to little acts of hospitality.

Ahmed is an excellent tour guide. He knows a lot and is very patient explaining history through the dynasties. He guided us in an orderly and leisurely way through the museum galleries. The driver Fayes was very friendly and drove us perfectly during our 45 minute drive. Everything was very interesting as the museum is amazing!

We toured the Egyptian Museum and had a wonderful time looking and learning about ancient Egyptian history through their statues and hieroglyphs with our guide Mido who explained their meanings. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was ver professional and extremely knowledgeable about Egyptian history and we came through the tour feeling very educated.
