Busra at Daily Baku Tours was meticulous in communicating with us prior to our arrival, during our flight and after. We were so impressed with how his Drivers tracked our flight, greeted us warmly at 2:30am in open, professional manner that we booked a half-day tour to Gobustan and again my one of the Driver's who transported us from the airport arrived with Professional Guide/Driver. The two were an amazing pair. Our tour guide was superb and deeply informed. We were a group of 10 that included 8 College students from the USA in Baku for UNFCCC COP29. It was a fun and informative day. A beautiful way to be received by the city of Baku.

Great experience
Buying the tickets in advance was a great idea. We bypassed the long lines. Both places were amazing

Don’t bother!!!
We booked this in good faith through Viator but when we got there the Frame was closed!! We had spent money on taxis getting there and didnt realise we’d have to get yet another taxi Global Village. We were so fed i at this point we decided to ask for a complete refund not wanting to waste more money. This was refused by Viator and no clear reason given. The company suggested we go the following day!!!! We had plans to leave and visit Abu Dhabi so this wasn’t possible. Very disappointed in Viator.

Dear Mandy_L,
We're truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with the Combo: Dubai Frame & Global Village Tickets. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and find the Dubai Frame closed, especially after making the effort and spending on transportation.
While we strive to ensure accurate and updated information, occasional venue closures beyond our control (such as last-minute maintenance or public holidays) can occur. We always recommend checking operating hours prior to your visit, though we agree this should also be clearly communicated during booking.
We regret that rescheduling wasn’t an option for you due to your travel plans to Abu Dhabi, and we understand why that solution felt impractical.
Your feedback has been shared with both our local tour partner and Viator’s support team to reassess how such situations are handled, especially when refund requests are valid and time-sensitive.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope your trip to the UAE still had some memorable highlights despite this issue. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience—it helps us improve future guest satisfaction.
Best regards,

Misleading, False advertisement, unprofessional staff, Terrible service
I paid for the skip the line Dubai frame and global village ticket.
However, I was only sent a ticket for just the global village admission. It clearly said on the ticket that I would have admission to the Dubai frame aswell on the ‘what’s included’ section of the activity.
I went all the way to the Dubai frame as I knew that I paid for both and should be getting admission to it aswell.
When I got there, the ticketing officers could not find my ticket on the app and when we proceeded to call the activity operator, he was so rude to me on the phone. He kept arguing and telling me that I only booked for the global village, but it clearly states that my ticket should grant me access to Dubai frame aswell. He also, blocked our number at the end when we asked if there was anything they he could do which was very unprofessional of him.
I paid a lot of money to get to the Dubai frame and I didn’t appreciate the service I received.
The advert for this activity is very misleading and the name should be changed to ‘skip the line for global village’ ONLY.

Go there when you're in dubai.
This can only be found in dubai. Like a gigantic expo. A large number of countries. Culinarily, everything is there. Like a fairy tale of thousands and one night.

Dear Aditya_K,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Dubai Frame & Global Village Combo Ticket. We’re sorry to hear that your visit didn’t meet your expectations—especially regarding the absence of fireworks.

Worth seeing once
You should see it at least once. In the evening everything lights up beautifully. But ultimately everyone just wants to sell. Lots of places to eat.

First visit to Global Village
Went at around 7pm. The place was already busy , however not uncomfortably
The area is massive and be prepared with comfy shoes on 😀. Loads of outlets for eating from basic snacks and ice creams to higher end food as well
The place is spotless clean and certainly has a great vibe about it. We didn’t wait for fireworks and headed for a Taxi back to the Palm. No waiting time at all for taxis which is a bonus
Overall a great wee night and many laughs with all the different stallholders
Defo well worth a visit and you could spend many hours at it
